Happy Donut Day!!!

People! Yes! Happy Donut Day!

Yeah it's not a official federal holiday but don't you think it should be??

I mean they are so great its AMAZING!! No matter how you like them.. chocolate, glazed, strawberry sprinkled or pineapple filled. Oh the flavors oh my donut! And let me tell ya! I control myself around those donut holes. I mean HELLO! Can you take me to heaven. :)

The one thing I have always wonder is... just like those chips that taste like chicken & waffles, will there be a chicken & waffle flavor donut? Can this be the craziest thing we will ever see? IDK! But what I do know is that I will have my fav today! Glazed strawberry filled donuts all day because you know I can! AND YOU SHOULD HAVE ONE TOO!

Why remakes are NOT always a good idea!

I am (at no surprise) a 90s baby. I love all things 80s-90s but PLEASE do not think about touching my 90s pop culture! 

Movies are the epidemy of 80s! They make the eras definition of what we are. The evolution of our culture not comes from that time. and weather we like it or not... you can't say that everything we are living thru now it docent have some kind of 80s touch. 

So yesterday that I sit in front of my TV and watched one of my most fav and loved movies of all time on remake (which btw what the hell is that!) I was devastated! #DirtyDancing is an icon of pop culture. How how can you think you could make it better or even remake it to something that is even close to great? I know that as producers and directors you try to make something that we all can relate and bring back the feeling we had originally but this was a #total-bust.

The Dirty Dancing brought sexappeal to the screen and vornablity without the whole "I am a weak little girl. Help me Patrick!" Seeing Patrick in his full dance glory is one of the most seductive scenes you will ever experience. Not because the man have a gorge body. But, because the appeal came from him and all the other actors not trying so hard to be perfect. The simplicity of the flow of dialog and the chemistry between everyone was just so. AND THAT IS WHY THIS MOVE IS UNTOUCHABLE. 

All actors have their niche and you cannot take that away. We can not do work compared to the best. I hope that all our opinions about DirtyDancing and many other remakes create a standard for what should and should not be touch. 

90s I LOVE YOU!!
