I’d only shot a single self-portrait before the pandemic and quarantine. With no place to go during the quarantine, I focused on creating environmental self-portraits and tried to learn how to photograph myself doing whatever mundane thing I was doing.

The self-portrait I’m sharing here was from last Sunday, post-quarantine. Goal: apply what I learned and shoot an environmental self-portrait… while under sail at 7 knots and bouncing on the waves.

And also, do not get injured and do not allow either of my cameras to fall overboard into the Bay…
