sleep fr
ive been sleeping really odd hours and ive lost wt cause of it so thats my new routine fr
summer slump already
Last night I had sex with my boyfriend, and once again it was me giving him head and him basically doing the most lousy job at pretending to actually want to please me. I've expressed what I need when we have sex, but he actively ignores it. I guess its my fault, i fake it 80% of the time we have sex. I'm so fucking fat that i feel like im just putting up with it because i feel bad that i got so fat while being with him, like in my mind we wouldnt be having these problems if i hadnt gained all this weight.
Gaining 50lbs since we met feels like I catfished him into a relationship. But yet I was so beautiful and so sweet before I met him, I had so many dates set up, I was DATING around. When i really sit down and start thinking about it i was happier and healthier without him.
Now I'm just sad for the 3rd summer in a row. I'm in my own apartment, and I just want to run away from it.
valid reason to crash out.

guide to becoming unrecognizable in 3 months āļø
š do you desire to have clear and healthy skin? what about having the perfect morning and evening routine? we all want THE glow up. doing 75 hard challenges, cutting out toxic people, deleting our social medias, finding new workout routines.. the type of glow up where even you don't recognize you. so, here's a helpful guide with tips and tricks to becoming unrecognizable in the next 3 months :
ą¼ā healthy skin starts from within -
i. eat what's good for your gut, not what tastes good to your mouth. prioritize gut health by cutting out constant grease and sugar, drink lemon water and herbal teas. include skin loving nutrients in your meals: blueberries, almonds, spinach, cucumbers. š
ii. try out a healthy skin juice recipe. the ultimate juicing recipe for glowy skin includes oranges, pineapple, ginger, and carrots. green juices are amazing as well! aim to have a juice every day or every other morning. š
iii. let go of stress. stress and holding in any suffocating emotions can cause the stress to show in your skin. dark eyes, breakouts, wrinkles. i recommend keeping a cozy small journal to keep around you at all times to write out any heavy emotions. not attaching and letting it go = no stress = good skin. š
ą¼ā invest in yourself and personal growth -
i. pick up a new book to read. SELF HELP BOOKS ARE A MUST! reading books give you a new perspective and are always better than doom scrolling. some of the best self help books i've read that changed my life are good vibes good life by vex king, the power of positive self-talk by kim fredrickson, and your faith is your fortune by neville goddard. š
ii. have a soft hobby. becoming unrecognizable means changing up what you do and what you engage in. what you absorb becomes you. having a soft hobby such as painting or knitting can make you more creative. reading next to candle light or writing while having a cup of tea daily can help soften your heart and calm your emotions. pick up a new hobby to become a new you. š
iii. love yourself more. i am a firm believer that self-love is the key to unlocking your best self. by loving yourself, you refuse to let yourself settle for anything less from others and yourself! loving yourself more means getting rid of old patterns, doing what's best for you, setting goals and achieving them. making yourself proud. say affirmations, have slow showers, buy yourself flowers. remember that you are human and this is also your first time at life. do what makes your spirit happy!
ą¼ā "becoming the best me" routines -
i. having a morning routine is important. the perfect morning routine sets the foundation for each day. a calm morning routine can include: no screen time, pray & meditate, make the bed, skincare & brush teeth, drink water & eat breakfast, journal, and take vitamins. how you start your day sets the tone for how your day will go. š
ii. create a skincare routine. to become unrecognizable, include skincare practices like icing your face, practice gua sha, have hyaluronic acid and niacinamide in your products, and dry brush your skin before showering. facial products from youth to people and tatcha are the best. glowy yet healthy skin is a must and will help you feel good too. make sure to stay moisturized! š«§
iii. before bed i will. simple night habits allow for a peaceful rest. having a before bed routine creates a smooth mind and a cozy atmosphere. create a "before bed i will" list and include habits like putting your phone away, laying out clothes for the next day, pampering yourself, and reading 1 chapter of a good book. š
iv. work towards your dream body. one of the best ways to become unrecognizable is exercising! getting and being active feels amazing. do morning yoga poses, have an afternoon wall pilates session, make time for at least 45min- 1 hour at the gym, or even do at home workouts with dumbbells. š
š becoming unrecognizable won't happen overnight but as long as you're consistent and persist, you'll see results sooner than later. best of luck to becoming the best you!
IT GIRL GUIDES
What does it mean to be an IT girl? For me it's to have a balance between all the aspects of your life, to do everything you're interested in without burning yourself out and to be effortlessly elegant, calm and, composed. My idea of an IT girl is a person who's social, sporty, smart, with an artistic side to them, a person who has a sense of identity in who they are. How can one achieve all of these? Well that's exactly what I'll be explaining in this post!
1. MASTERING SOCIAL INTERACTIONS
One thing that I've noticed about all IT girls is that they're never afraid to go up to someone and strike up a conversation. They don't have that fear of being 'awkward' or being perceived as 'weird'. So, the next time you want to be friends with someone or get a conversation started, just do it. Compliment their outfit, talk about a book they're reading , talk about the weather or the traffic or whatever you want to talk about. Keep in mind that building your social skills also involves being a good listener so instead of making the conversation all about you, just take a moment to listen to the other person as well. It's crazy how many people miss out on so many great, life changing experiences they could have had just because they were afraid to make the first move.
2. FINDING YOUR SPORT
Engaging in a sport is great for your physical and mental health + it gets your body fit and strong. Step 1: Try out a bunch of different sports and choose one that fits you best. I recommend choosing one or two because more than that can lead to you struggling to balance it all but definitely go for it if you're confident that you'll be able to do it. Step 2: Practice, Practice, Practice. Be consistent in your sport and practice regularly. Take breaks when needed in order to avoid injury and most importantly, just go with the flow. Don't get so worked up about perfecting or mastering anything right now, remember, we're learning right now. Step 3: Once you get pretty good at it, enroll in competitions, tournaments, etc. as they can be a great way to assess what level you are at and what you can improve. Although you may face a few failures, it'll be fine as long as you take them as lessons and choose a better perspective.
3.EXCELING ACADEMICALLY
Listen, I'm not good at academics at all and I'm pretty average myself so the tips that I give doesn't necessarily have to work for everyone. The first and most crucial step in exceling in academics is to practice time management. Allocate different times for when you're gonna study each subject and work on each task. Next is to revise through whatever you learned to help you solidify information in long-term memory. Pay attention when the teacher is teaching and always, always, always clear you doubts in class instead of keeping it for later. Along with this, staying organized and finding a study group can further enhance your approach and offer a different perspective. It's also important to keep in mind that too much studying can cause burnouts and other undesired things so make sure you have a balanced lifestyle to avoid that.
4. CULTIVATING YOUR ARTISTIC SIDE
There's nothing more sophisticated than being a person who has a taste for and can also execute an art skill. Art can be of various forms, it could be form of dance, a musical instrument, a persons ability to capture something on a page through drawing or painting, etc. Developing and learning an art is not an easy feat and requires dedication and consistency. One needs to be willing to experiment with different types of Art to find one that suits them and once they do, tremendous practice is needed to become good at it. But let me tell you it's all worth it, knowing that you're good at something that you're interested in and working on it. It's also a proud feeling to tell someone that you practice an art. A few key things to keep in mind are to go at your own pace and just enjoy the process, rushing yourself could burn you out and I personally found it hard to go back from that phase.
I hope that these tips can help you become the person you want to be and the best version of yourself. If I need to clarify myself at any point, just let me know. <3

8 lil things you can try to feel better & productive!
Drink at least 2 bottles (or more) of water each day. Staying hydrated can boost energy levels, aid body in breaking down waste & help clear your skin by flushing out toxins!
Make your bed first thing in the morning - because a clean space can lead to a clean mind!
Do a quick 3-to-10-minute cardio workout 4-5x a week. Doing so can boost your mood and confidence while helping you build consistency. This habit can pave the way for exercising more often and for longer periods, contributing to your overall glow-up journey!
Meditate for 5 minutes or more. Doing so grounds you in the present moment and helps you tune into thoughts or physical feelings you might be ignoring. It's a simple way to relax and melt away stress.
Affirm regularly! Affirmations can rewire your subconscious beliefs and dissolve mental blockages. Remember, lasting external change starts with internal transformationāif you donāt trust or love yourself, you might unknowingly block the abundance youāre manifesting.
Spend more time creating, not consuming! Logging out and diving into art, music, writing, or any form of creativity feeds your soul in ways scrolling never will. Itās a chance to recharge your mind, discover new passions, and find fulfillment in making something truly your own.
Go outside, boo! Yeah, sprawling on your bed sounds super tempting (I get it), but we need sunlight! Take a small walk around your neighborhood, visit a park, or simply sit on your porch or backyard. The sun's rays are packed with vitamin D, which supports strong bones, boosts your immune system, and even improves your mood. And spending time outdoors can help clear your mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you with nature.
Prioritize rest and sleep. Glow-ups donāt happen overnightāliterally! While hustle culture pushes the idea of ānever stopā to become the ultimate āit girl,ā true productivity starts with balance. Rest isnāt lazinessāitās an essential recharge. How can we show up as our best, higher selves if weāre running on empty? Weāre not machines. Restāboth physically and mentallyāis the foundation for sustainable growth, glowing skin, and thriving in every way.
While this post was originally written for me, I hope these tips inspire or help someone else on their journey too. Remember, the most productive thing you can ever do is prioritize yourself. Care for your body, nurture your mind, and show yourself the same kindness you so freely give to othersāyou deserve it. Appreciate who you are right now. Self-improvement shouldnāt come from a place of self-hateāyouāre not something that needs fixing or a puzzle piece that has to fit in with the crowd. Work on yourself for yourself, because you love who you are, and want to see yourself thrive. ššš©·
yeah the ed is gonna work this time. no i don't have any proof but just trust me bro.
I did my hair, I gave myself a blow out. I whitened my teeth with whitening strips, scraping my tongue of every nasty cell there is, finishing my lips with balm. I used an exfoliating chemical mask to make my skin smooth, that self tanner I canāt stand to smell is all over my skin. He still ignored me and I had to beg for a compliment. I just want to die. I wish I was still beautiful.
He is viscous and he is draining you of your beauty and energy. No wonder you look like youāve aged 5 years only being with him for 2, he is making you ugly. All that weight youāve put on thatās all negative energy heās latched onto you, you were beautiful and happy before him. Get away from him, donāt let him keep ruining you, get free and live the rest of your twenties free and happy again. Donāt you miss the happiness in meeting new people and experiencing new things, you havenāt gone out since he shamed you for going out with your friends. Your mother didnāt want your life to be like this. Be free and happy. I just want to be happy again.
