third eye tips:

Lay down flat on a bed and place a small sodalite stone in the center of the brow. Close your eyes and gently concentrate on this area for 5 minutes.

When you take the stone off, you will feel a pressure in the middle of your forehead, as if the stone is still there but it’s not. Now you are ready to meditate and have an increased chance of visions.
