My take on Sol dimension Metal Sonic

Kaolin Blaze, fire construct

Instead of being robot she is artificial through different means

All fire needs to shift and grow is oxygen and a flammable surface, and considering how Metal Sonic is constantly learning and evolving, Kaolin would hypothetically be constantly growing and spreading. She's as limitless and limited as fire can be, and for that reason, she is able to surpass Blaze's might since her entire body is made of fire and out-burns her flame. Something like that.
