Self Love Activities
Practice self-care: Take care of your physical health by getting enough sleep, eating nutritious foods, and exercising regularly. You can also take care of your mental health by practicing relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga, or engaging in hobbies that bring you joy.
Write down positive affirmations: Write down positive affirmations that remind you of your worth, such as "I am enough" or "I am deserving of love and respect." Repeat these affirmations to yourself daily.
Practice gratitude: Take time each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for. This can help shift your focus from what's wrong in your life to what's going well.
Engage in acts of kindness: Do something nice for yourself, such as buying yourself a small gift or taking yourself out for a treat. You can also do something kind for others, such as volunteering or donating to charity.
Set healthy boundaries: Practice saying no to things that don't serve your best interests or that cause you stress. Set boundaries with people who drain your energy or make you feel bad about yourself.
Spend time in nature: Spending time in nature can be calming and grounding. Take a walk in a park, go for a hike, or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.
Practice self-compassion: Treat yourself with kindness and understanding, just as you would treat a good friend. Be gentle with yourself when you make mistakes, and remember that you are doing the best you can.
A thought board that I made a while ago that is currently my Lock Screen.
My boss complimented it today, so I thought I’d share it with y’all.
I don’t get to see the full thing on my Lock Screen every day. It was nice to find it in my camera roll and remind myself about what it says.

Thoughts.
I always say that I’m going to stay to myself and focus on my self-improvement, then I get bored and seek attention. Not attention really, but human interaction. Why do I get bored and crave attention or interaction with other humans? There is nothing inherently wrong with valuing human relationships and social interactions, but why don’t I get bored and get active with a new hobby or a goal? I think that I have some serious mind reprogramming to do.
