A dream turning into more of a nightmare .. It was August 2013, I had a dream. I was walking on the shoreline with my bestfriend. But in the middle of our journey I got stumbled and fall. He stopped and turned around, I reached out to his hand and said, "May sugat ako, tulungan mo kong tumayo." He looked into my hand, then into my eyes. He ONLY looked at me with his blank face. And then without a word, he turned away and started walking. To my unpleasant surprise I called out his name and asked, "_ _ _ _ _ loy san ka pupunta?" But it seems like he didn't hear a sound. Confused by his gesture, I shouted, "_ _ _ _ _ loy wag mo kong iwan dito!" But he didn't stop so I shouted again, "_ _ _ _ _ loy!!" Without a pause, he continued walking. I looked down in disbelief, tears in my eyes were about to flow. And when I looked at him again, I could already see him from afar, farther than I could thought. But with the loudest voice I had, I tried and tried. Calling for his name, my bestfriend's name "_ _ _ _ _ loy" . but then I was stunned, frozen in shock as I watched him leaving up to the point that I could barely see him, until he fades away from me. He left, leave me with bruises. And in my heart I knew, he's never coming back. The only thing that remained was his footsteps .. his memories 😢 I was left alone, crying. I wasn't able to stand, it felt like I was crippled by the pain not on my wound but in my heart. The pain he left on me. I stayed on the sand where I fell, with that only thought, "WHY?" Until I woke up in the middle of dawn. As I slowly opened my eyes, tears running down through my cheeks. I said, "Panaginip lang yun. Alam kong hindi-hindi mo gagawin yun." And went back to sleep. - - - But now "_ _ _ _ _ loy" , how do you wake me up from this nightmare when I am not asleep?? You promised you wouldn't leave, you promised to stay. You LIED 😢 #Dream #Nightmare
