SHUT THE FRONT DOOR
What RSD be feeling like sometimes
This is me trying = Gifted kid burnout?
Grian really just casually started dropping bars lmao
So what we're gonna need is a whole ton of azalea leaves,
In order to make this tree,
I've already got everything else we need,
I don't know why this island of wheat is so important, i- i guess it's- it's not really.
GUYS did y'all see the amount of references in Grian's last video??? The aha joke?? The sahara potato in the redstone joke??? The tunnel bore joke??? The subtle poultry man reference?????
Don't even get me started on my absolute favourite tHE ARIANA GRIANDE JOKE FROM ALL THE WAY IN SEASON SIX—
Did anyone else feel it in their absolute bones when Jacks called Apollo a son of a bitch and proceeded to disfigure his face? Because at that point I was ready to go in the book somehow to throw hands
HOLY SHIT Aaric must've known Trager and Quinn are gonna die—
This is all I'm gonna be able to think of when anyone ever dies again shittttt
RIDOC'S SAFETY??
I've seen people getting really worried for Ridoc in the next books (honestly, me too), but also, i think we forget that there is way more character development left for him since we hardly know anything about his life besides what he shows to his friends.
Since we're reading in Violet's pov, i think that all we see is his carefree personality and inability to keep his inside thoughts inside because he chooses to only show that side of him to his friends. Basically, the only things he lets his friends see. (I'm not implying that he doesn't trust his squad at all, but that sometimes people feel the need to hide themselves from their loved ones too.)
The only few times we've seen him genuinely allow himself to be vulnerable was in OS—even so, it was when it was at the absolute breaking point and he just needed to get it out. (i.e. feeling the need to be part of the quest squad to protect Vi, and when he found out about Xaden and how Vi didn't have a "line for Xaden to cross" when she will let him go.)
Maybe through the next books, we'll get to see a new side of him, the side he keeps more to himself. We still need to find out about his story and his family too.
So it's clear that Theophanie and Berwyn are in some sort of competition sort of thing. How is that possible if they can't feel emotions?
Wouldn't you need to feel jealousy? pride? shame? anger? We've seen Jack feel all of these too though? Can venins only not feel love or something?
I know this is already talked about a lot with Rebecca Yarros herself pronouncing the names in panels and things. But after reading the three books pronouncing names a certain way i literally can't wrap my head around saying them a different way
Please tell me I'm not the only one who's been pronouncing Ridoc as ree-dock and Sgaeyl as s-gay-il
So i think we can all agree that "the six" are gonna walk the continent again for the first time since the great war with all the signets manifesting
But do you guys think that maybe "the" six signets don't have to be the same? Maybe the six most powerful signets of now are going to be different (with some of them being the same ofcourse) because for the six (seven) dragons, signets/riders, and Gods theories, i really think that maybe this time around, the signets that we aren't sure to be part of the six yet/haven't manifested yet could be different from the ones from the great war.
Can we talk about when in the Dunne's isle Xaden and then a just few minutes later Dain were both negotiating weapons for the fight, Violet joined then quite a few moments later because she was talking to the old lady, but as soon as Xaden realised Violet is fighting too, Xaden and Dain immediately settled on daggers?
Like zero hesitation, no questions asked plus ignored everything they must've talked about before she stood with them?
Ridoc getting zoomies when Sawyer got back up on Sliseag after so long was one of the highlights of Onyx Storm for me
I don't see how so many people misinterpreted that the rebellion relic gave them the second signet
Guys, those with the rebellion relic had dragons from their family line come find them during Threshing. It's not the relic giving them a signet.
I dunno why but Andarna calling Violet "Silver one" is so funny to me lmao
OMG I JUST HAD A VISION Y'ALL
Since Tairneanach literally means "thunder." I need a scene from someone else's pov of lightning being struck by Violet's signet then Tairn comes into view with Violet on his back AHHHHH—
