One great thing about weekends in August? There’s always fireworks!

Free star boppers to wear, lots of fireworks & sparklers to play with, and even some prizes to be won from Redd’s festival stand!

The following day, yet another new villager arrived in Nerdvana, hoping to plant roots and make herself a home - and maybe even her own business sometime in the future. Her name is Kenzie, and word got around town quickly about this “fresh face” that had just moved in not long after the new mayor had arrived.

After the tree ceremony, Delilah took the time to get settled into her new home. And after doing a few odd chores for her fellow residents (and selling a few bushels of apples), she was able to save up enough to do a little shopping!

Think she’s wearing her new mayor title proudly with this top hat or what? :P

The newest citizen of Nerdvana - and, as it turns out, the new mayor - arrives in town! Her name is Delilah and she looks a little different than the other villagers, but everybody seems eager to welcome her with open arms.

To make things official, everyone in town gathered in the square for the tree planting ceremony.

I can’t wait to see what Nerdvana will be like a year from now!
