Okay so I had a little hiatus cause I went to San Diego for a mini vacation but I’m back to it! The first two are high bar back squats. I don’t usually do high bar, and I feel like I get really wobbily in my core and the bar gets away from my midline. How do I stop that? The last set is a low bar back squat which is what I normally do and it felt so much better!
