I'm rereading Refractory (if you would call reading your own fic after publishing it rereading) and lemme tell you guys there is SO MUCH i could improve on, character wise and writing style wise. God, I need to write more.
well i finished refractory and my heart is soaring in a good wayā¦ its bittersweet that it's ending - im gonna miss your biweekly updates, but i really like where it ended and i'm really glad i found it. this was a good first taz fic to get me into the fic world, but i'm worried it will be some time before i find anything near as good. anyway, you're a great writer and you should be proud of your work and i can't wait to read more from you <3

Good evening, followers! Life has gotten wildly busy over the past few months and I've been doing a really shitty job managing this blog. I hopped on my AO3 today for the first time in a while though and saw that Refractory just got to 10,000 hits!! I miss writing and having that good fandom interaction so much and I need to get back into it, so I'm going to set a goal for January to get started on my next project!! Thank you again to everyone who gave a shit about Refractory, it means a whole, whole lit, and I hope I can put out another good story soon!!!
Hey guys!! Good morning and happy Saturday!
I wanted to give you guys a quick update! There will definitely be a Refractory chapter today, but itāll probably be a little later in the afternoon and... This is it, guys. I thought there was going to be another chapter after this one but just the way itās playing out, this is going to be the last one. If I tried to write another itād just be more fluff and the same stuff he past couple of chapters have been about, and I donāt want it to get repetative. I think this is where the story needs to end and what needs to happen so I hope you all understand.
Writing Refractory has been an experience I never imagined Iād haveāgetting so many messages and comments and people sending in /fanart/? I didnāt ever think my writing would be even REMOTELY cared about and Iām still floored that people wait for updates or anything. Iām so grateful for all of the love and support Iāve gotten and Iām equal parts sad that itās over and SO excited to move onto my next project! The TAZ fandom is so good to me and I just want to keep putting out content that people will like.
Either way, keep and eye out for the last update today, and... I love you guys!

This is so true! A lot of the time, I get stuck in a writerās hole. But whenever I get a comment like the above ones, it makes me want to write more!
