at this point in the story yuki is farther along in working out his respective shit than kyo and it makes their interactions stupid funny. like kyo’s over here angsting about the hat and his promise to kyoko and he blows up at yuki like “you don’t know what it’s like to be me!!!! 😡😤‼️ everybody loves you!!!!1!!1!” and yuki who has just had a three episode trauma montage and deep dive into his feelings is just like “are you done?” because he does not have time for this. yuki’s not only been working on his own character arc, he’s pieced together half of kyo’s. yuki’s in his head saying “bitch you’re cranky because you’re pining for tohru. i’ve known this for weeks. catch up.”
