ive been taking notes on edward arts lecture series and i wanted to share mah lovely notes 💗

The Problem & The Solution lecture
consciousness/imagination is the only reality ★
because everything reflects what you have and are experiencing inside of imagination

everyone is you pushed out: in imagination, people are you pushed out. (the people within me, is me pushed out. people in imagination is reflecting and obeying me) ★
everyone in imagination is reflecting how you see them within and what youre doing within (for ex: you are scared of people within, then next thing yk you are having paranoid thoughts/mental images about people being scary/mean)

feel with the feeling of reality/realness in imagination
★ start crediting imagination for the creator of all by imagining things with the feeling of reality in imagination

accept the position youre in, in order to change it (accept you are in a state, you are expressing your state of mind)
accept what state of mind youre in (ex: state of lack) in order to change it: to accept the position you’re in will help you realize all of it is just a state
★ not accepting it is all a state makes people think their state is their permanent part of their identity when its really just a state
★ truly accept your are in a state right now (ether that be undesirable or desirable, states can always be changed)
★ accept you are the solution AND the problem within

whatever you want (to be) is just a state ★
ex: if YOU desire a new phone, the inner man desire the feeling of having a phone
when i mean you im speaking of the inner man (which isn’t separate from you)
(to dive deeper —> the inner man desires the feeling of materialism and the state of mind of having a phone)

inner world/reality is also reflecting your state of mind ★★
whatever state of mind youre in within, it will reflect what you are within

everything about you is a state; the clothes you are wearing is a state, your fears is a state. accept that what you are currently right now is a state.

“they or it is not the problem, they or it is not the solution. I AM (is) the problem, I AM (is) the solution” (terms of the inner reality)
take responsibility for everything within you. nothing outside of you is the problem or solution. YOU (I AM) creates the problem’s within (ex: lack) and YOU (the inner man) can use YOURSELF (I AM) to use solutions (SHIFTING YOUR STATE) to these problems) ★

everything is just a state within
everything is just a state within, the reason why shifting states feel unnatural is because youre not crediting it with reality ★

“you can awake inside of dreams and become conscious inside of them, and you can start acting inside of these while youre sleeping. then youre wake up then your realize its all a dream” (“but if you can see this as the imagination speaking to you, its trying to show you something, and ask yourself what is tryng to show you and youll see how obviously it is.”)
when you imagine something very deeply and get tangled up in it, you dont realize that is just a “dream”/your imagination. (your imagination is just as real as the outer world.)

this reality is just a dream, everything isn’t permanent in life
(this also applies to the note on top)
this can also be applied to your outer reality: you start being so deep inside your outer world not knowing its all “a dream” (it isn’t permanent.) and once you realize that you can add and destroy things within the dream with your imagination, you “wake up from the dream” and knowing life is “just a dream”. this brings ease knowing it isn’t permanent and you are the creator of “the dream”
Edward and me dont mean literally “life is a dream” but life within and outside is malleable and NEVER permanent as it always shifts to your I AM/self ((what you have, being and experiencing within) hopefully me saying this doesnt give you false hope thinking the OUTER man can “change” life outside…)
the first type of manifestation is inside the body ★
this is why neville says “you cant do anything but just imagine and feel”, the body is also part of the outer reality (when you first imagine and feel it as reality, the first act/change of the “bridge of incidence” starts with the body. ex: if you feel anxious, the first result you would get in the outer world is fear in the body.)

tip: neville says he imagines till he haves a “motor change” (if he was imagining talking to someone he would imagine till he naturally smiles)
feeling/feel really just mean acceptance/accepting it in imagination
