Been going to the Gym after work everyday now as a rule for about a month. I feel so amazing I used to go at the end of the week or every so often. I would say the main reason is too simply to releive tension, work is so stressful these days, Iiterally left the office feeling cold and fluey, absolute shit thinking I wouldn't go to the gym but then I got few gulps of fresh air after it been raining all day in the city and simply changed my mind and so glad I did.
