Okay so I don't do full sets often but I love these sets so figured I would convert every piece (; - disclaimer: okay no, not every piece, some are variations for taller walls (which are possible in ts3 but I think they suck so I'm sticking to short walls)
Some general notes;
>Most items are low poly (under 2k verts, with a few exceptions) and have small textures.
>Everything that could be made functional is functional. Columns are decorative and include 'half' versions in case you want to place them on the wall (and avoid seeing part of it through the wall which gets on my nerves lol) / I recommend using either OMSP or S3DT to move some of the objects up or down, since I didn't resize decor objects to fit short walls (in case you don't want it to cover just one level ;)
>*Known issues: One of the sides from the medium 2x1 & 2x2 doors from the "Soho" set sink a bit into the ground after use, I couldn't fix it but I'll update the files if I ever manage to get them to work as expected </3 - Also the "Soho Shop" windows' glass clips a bit with each other but it's almost unnoticeable unless you set the camera very close :s

I really wanted to be able to use my Simblreen treats even after Simblreen is over and what can you never have enough in your game? Tattoos! So, here are some tattoos for your sims that are soft but also want to look kinda cool!
Only the text parts of the tattoos and the small moon/waves/the worm looking snake/pluto symbol are made by me, the others are by this, this and this amazing artist out of whom the first two I’ve had tattoo me irl! So, I really like their work.

There seemed to be some interest in the Mod Tracking Spread Sheet I was making for myself, so I made a public version to share!
There are almost 200 mods already added with links and tags, that will hopefully save you some time getting started.

What is it?
It's a Google Sheet that allows you to list, sort, take notes, and store links for all the mods that are added. Ideally, it'll help make updating your game easier. For example, making mine helped me see that I had way too many sitting related mods (are we surprised? no) so, I narrowed them down.
How do I get it?
Click this link (free, no ads) and then select "Make a Copy" under “File”.
How do I use it?
Right click on a row, to add or delete lines as needed. 🚫 ✅
Sorting! Select the upside-down triangle at the top of each column and use the search field. For example you can look at all the mods tagged as fixes, by searching for "Fix" and then clicking on “Select all #”. Youtube might have better explanations on this feature too, FYI. ⁉️⚠️
Tags! These are the preloaded labels that I made for my own tracking, so feel free to change them to suit your own needs (and brain). 🧠 The tags I added are:
See Notes = A reminder to look at any special notes that I've made.
Fix = A mod that fixes an EA bug.
Get Famous = A mod that's only needed if playing with a famous sim.
NEW! = A new to me mods, that if I don't use, I want to remember to delete.
Override = A mod that overrides an EA asset and may break during an update.
New Interactions = A mod that adds a new interaction to the game.
Gameplay = A mod that adds new gameplay to the game.
Storytelling = A mod used for storytelling.
Lot Trait = A mod that adds a new lot trait.
Holiday = A mod that adds a custom Holiday Tradition.
Need for Update = A mod that I want to update before updating my game. Why? Because mods break. But also because some mods require setup that may be lost, if removed from the game while waiting for an update, and sometimes I'd rather wait then redo the setup again, etc...

This cradle comes in 5 wood tones and 15 total swatches (each wood tone comes with the option of patterned, solid color, or off-white bedding).
Calliope's Cradle acts as a crib and supports infants. The ability to apply any upgrades to the cradle has been removed.
Please note that animations which involve adult sims placing their hands on the side of the crib will not line up correct. Additionally, infants who can pull to stand will not hold the side of the cradle correctly (but if an infant can pull to stand they really shouldn't be in a cradle anyways).
The DECO_BASSINET version supports newborns when paired with an invisible crib mod. Don't have an invisible crib mod? I recommend this one.

while finally (!!!) fixing my own cc for the dx11 update, i put together a little tutorial on how to fix broken cc by yourself because there might be a lot of cc you can't connect to the og creator anymore, the creator doesn't exist anymore or whatever. there's also a lot of other batch fixes in this menu tab so maybe you can even find some fixes for other cc that's been broken in your game as well :)
there's quite a few things i have to update since i didn't take proper care of some older sets as well as the recent update that stopped custom content tv's from working with the consoles in game since they got a few new interactions.
so, i am onto that, too!
This is a build set I really wanted for my own gameplay as I was building a motel. It has items that not only suit the old motel style, but also look good in most homes. I spent a lot of time fine-tuning this set, and I think it turned out great in the end!
The objects are low-mid poly, handmade, and come in all EA wood swatches so they should match lots of other items in the game. They also have a basic white and black swatch without any wood grain. Not showcased is also a curtain rod to make the curtains modular, they are also designed to look mostly seamless in their patterns when placed next to each other.
