I am approaching my final days on Silurn, as I have just been notified of a potential piece of incriminating evidence placed against the NAE. Given by an anonymous source who only wishes to be named Atlas, I have been given the opportunity to travel directly to Quiran to meet with the mysterious figure, and gain more evidence on my case against the NAE's treatment of all non-Ecleian planets.

Hetharki Releases Schzar-Ko-Rut Plans to Public
The officials over in Hetharki's Grittan District have released a series of documents detailing the city's escape plan on the event of Schzar-Ko-Rut, the name given by the ancient Cleids for the apocalyptic disaster said to come in the next decade. "Or any other disaster that comes along" says Merlis Cavaniger, head of the Board of Disaster Preparation. "It is good to be prepared, and fortunately for us, Hetharki was built from the ground up with this in mind, so our budget didn't have to consume billions to rebuild it". The plan racks in a total of 238 pages detailing the procedures to be taken and the outlines of what goes on in the situation. A brief summary: Hetharki has been designed as a flying city. With airshields constantly up, and wall root pillar rockets, Hetharki will be able to propel itself in the air and suspend itself as long as the sun shines, should a disaster ever come. The plan has raised issues with residents of the cities outside of Hetharki's massive gates, but Cavaniger urges any concerned citizens to attend a board meeting this coming week, the 15th of Syratrik. Arrival.
The Plunderers lost control of the ship as it entered Silurn's Atmosphere. I met with two other survivors leading a small group of around 15. A small young man of around 20 years named Jon Nelson and an older woman of around 27 named Kateryna Saleb. They're leadership was outstanding, so I was able to direct them, along with the rest of the group, to a safer part of the ship, as I had filled a paper on Plunderer habits aboard different kinds of ships. The commercial freighter Hyperion happened to be my main focus, and is also the main ship build that is used for transport to Silurn. Anyway, the Plunderers crashed onto Silurn, on an ice field. We survived the crash, as I led the group to the least impacted portion of the ship. After waiting a while, we heard fire outside and knew the NAE troops had arrived. A few hours later, it was deemed safe for us to leave. Most of the survivors took the one-way teleporter to the NAE conference ship, where they could travel to where they needed free of charge. The two I had found and I decided to stay on Silurn, as we were already there. I discovered that Kateryna, or Kat as she was informally called, was a doctor from Crown, on Dinon. She was sent to treat the survivors of the Spark Incident, now residing in temporary hospitals in the city nearest Spark, Dharam-Kar. Jon was a resarcher intern from Quiran, sent to film a documentary on research there for his project. The man who tried to stop the Plunderers was actually his cameraman, which I now feel bad about. I revoke my previous comment on him. Anyway, I now have little need for Takki's device, as I am typing this from Illyruk, a small settlement of no more than 500, located on the barren ice fields of northern Silurn. I plan to gather information on Illyruk's history, as well as the history of a nearby abandoned temple, Ecleis-to, which I believe housed the original inhabitants of Ecleid. From there, I will take a bus to Seaport, an NAE settlement on the border of the ice shelf, closer to warmer climates. I will split apart from Kat and Jon, hoping to take an airship over to Hetharki, the desert capitol of Silurn. After a few days there, I will depart by underground rail to Dharam-Kar, where I will spend a day at least, before finally trekking out on foot to Spark, where I will be able to cover the Spark Incident in full detail. For now, I am going to see what I can find in Illyruk with Jon and Kat. Garmin out.

Now I understand this isn't much of an archive since the previous 2 posts have been simply me speaking, but I promise you all, I have compiled tons of news articles and legal documents in the, well, hours that I've had in the washroom of this shuttle. Mostly scanning through documents I had saved onto an offline cloud before getting here. The device has limited capability, so this will most likely be posted after I get out of a dead zone, which should be in a few hours. I have also used the device to notify the authorities, and send them my plan. As I cannot exactly receive messages after I send them, I'm in a bit of a troubled spot. So I came up with an Intrinsic Plan. Intrinsic meaning what it does on population growth; only able to work in ideal conditions. The amount of time I've had for calculating these conditions has been more than enough, however, and I am quite certain that it will work out. Anyway, another day has gone by and I am sitting still in the washroom. None of the Plunderers have come by and used it, to my fortune, however it wont be soon until the space pirates stop pissing on each other and realize they need a civilized washroom break. I will have to move out of here somehow, when all is quiet. I will attempt a few hours from now, which is coincidentally most likely the time you will be reading this. But oh well. By then I will have moved to a safer location. I predict we land on Silurn tomorrow. Garmin out.

The transport shuttle I am on was stopped this morning. Or, at least what would be this morning back on Dinon. After the halt, a frequency was brought into the over system, announcing that a Plunderer crew was in the process of boarding the ship for its goods. If we did not resist, they would not kill us. Simple as that. Anyway, they came in and began taking things off in loads, while others kept guard over the passengers. Some idiot from Quiran thought he would play hero and decided to try and disarm one of the guards. Clearly never having dealt with a Plunderer, he was answered with a bullet through the head. The rest of their crew began firing at the general area with most people. This gave me enough time to escape unseen. As of now, I am in a washroom, unbeknownst to the Plunderer crew. Takki of the Dino Team, a young initiate, gave me a routing device that will allow me to publish this journal without being detected. I will use it to signal authorities, if any happen to be patrolling the 26th quadrant. If our course has not been changed by the Plunderers, then I estimate we are halfway through the quadrant, with only a few days left until arrival at Silurn. Fortunately for me, Silurn is my final destination, not the Arquentil, which is the space center this shuttle was originally supposed to stop on. This definitely gives me more time to archive. And I will notify the authorities to sieze the ship at Silurn. That is my plan as most likely sole survivor of the Plunderer raid. Garmin out.

Entry 1: On the Case of the Recent Raid on Silurn.
Now, we are all well aware of the situation on Silurn ever since the Spark Research accident, and the attack of the Neoscope following the rather gruesome rediscovery of the Neandromeek Stronghold on Ecleid's third moon, Celtus. However, now that the Neoscope have been put down, we have not heard much from Silurn at all, its previous ties with research now abandoned by scientists in favor of a safer lifestyle, with less probability of a freak accident, or, in this case, an ancient robot uprising. But, believe it or not, I spoke with Ex-Commander Rex of the Dino Team just three days ago, on the subject of the two bounty hunters apparently on the trail of our beloved friend Monroe Groves. Quoted by Rex himself:
"I have absolutely no clue who these bounty hunters think they are. If they lay an unlawful hand on Groves, they're in for a lot of trouble. In case they haven't noticed, the bounty calls for him alive. Alive. As in, still breathing. Free from bullet holes. I plan on traveling to capture Groves myself, but if these two get in my way, I won't hesitate to have them placed under arrest and detained. This isn't a job for bounty hunters. For the rest of the people reading this, as I know you well enough Garmin, keep an eye out for two bounty hunters by the name of Jack and Axel. Their official names are, as of yet, unknown. You can stop recording, Garmin."
So, it appears, anyway, that these two bounty hunters have just landed on Silurn. Whatever purpose they have is unknown, and The Dino Team has decided that they will be forced to follow them into the abandoned research zone if they proceed to show more suspicious behavior. In other news, I will be leaving for Silurn as well. Logging only once in a while, I will continue archiving along with my research at Silurn. Of course, my archives will mostly stay within the bounds of the research planet itself. Garmin out.
