(MUSIC CUTS OUT – NEW MUSIC COMES IN – ‘New world order Blue Monday’) (Everyone jumps up; there is a change of dynamic) (First model, Tarquin walks down) Sid - Here comes Tarquin in his tight trousers He is tantalizing and full of testosterone Harpreet - I would totally take him home…tonight (Pedita walks down) Sid - Oh hi Pedita… Harpreet - It’s Pedita! Priceless in pink From Persia This pussy cat kitten makes the boys smitten (Everyone purr) (Lucious walks down) Harpreet - Look out! Sid - It’s Lucious! Lunging in Lycra, This Latvian lover Leaves the ladies lusting All - L for love! Harpreet - And finally…. New Dialogue and Important Notes!

Hi actors,

Good work today!

Here is the new dialogue and important notes to remember.

The lines I have put in here capture the essence of the scenes but remember to bring what you brought to the rehearsal floor today, keep evolving your characters making them your own. If anyone has anymore ideas about a tabloid headline feel free to comment them here also.

Tabloid Headline - Eating Disorders - Society says your fat and ugly.

Opening Mirror section - Make sure you are all clear on the movements so that your response isn’t delayed and you all know what’s happening.

The transition into the catwalk needs to be more energised and the change of dynamic needs to be clear. Response and reactions in the transition, feel the music too.

(Rember Gavs note here about emphasising the fact we are using an alliteration and the comedy in that - also the tone and dynamic)

Zac - Tarquin

Also I was thinking this song would be good for the entrance scene for the models, we might have to cut the beginning a little bit because its goes 'burlesque'. Hey Guys! This is the Fitness session scene, just to clarify :

My personal monologue to how the circle made me feel (07/11/14)

"SHUT UP!

I feel paranoid, alone, lost, all these magazines telling me what I can and cannot do... I'm shaking now, I hear these voices controlling me, talking and taunting me, I can't sleep not now, because of the voices, THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE!, never leave... Just LEAVE ME ALONE! Please... You may think I'm crazy, a looney but I'm not I can't eat some food because they will return I'm sick of hearing them so much, so PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU just LEAVE ME ALONE NOW!"

I picked this and wrote this myself to express how anorexia might make someone feel inside after hearing hurtful voices in their head and how it affects their everyday life. I made some slight changes to the original because most people wasn't getting that this was about anorexia I hope you like the changes I made.

Hi everyone,

Here is an article that has challenged me, any thoughts or ideas?

"Thinspiration."

Reading this article challenged me as to what it means to be a healthy weight. This man obviously went to the extremes of over eating and so inevitably wanted to loose wight. He was criticised because he tagged a post with the word “thinspiration.” I think that the reason this was looked down upon is because of the fact he is clearly stating the fact he is aspiring to be thin. I don’t think in this case this is necessarily a bad thing considering he was unhealthy. However, there is a difference between being thin and being healthy. Being thin is not necessary healthy, it all depends on how you are built and your body. No one is the same, so healthy is different for each individual. I understand why this caused controversy and people should not feel the need to be thin and conform to what they think society deems as acceptable. Personally, I believe its about being unique, healthy and embracing who you are.

Directors notes so far

Hey everyone I'm just going to remind you of the notes that I've told you that can aid you with the piece we are working on.

-Never let your audience be one step ahead of you, if they are then they will be able to guess whats going to happen next and as a result will lose interest, always keep things fresh to keep them drawn in.

- Always remember the sense of play, things don't have to be set in stone yet if you have an impulse to do something go with it, you won't be able to tell if it works or doesn't if you don't try it at all.

-One up man ship is key, the moment the energy dies is the moment the audience becomes disengaged with what you're doing, which is how you lose your connection with your audience, always make your physicality and vocals bigger, bolder and more intense.
