Anyway, the literal translation of Tojiko's line is more closer to "We can relax now." Both carry the same implication Tojiko felt restless until Futo showed up, just goes about it differently.

There are many ways to translate 'me' from English to Vietnamese. In context, this should be an appropriate use of 'mình' since it's being used as a reflexive, but I also think Futo is the sort of person that would use the term mean 'us' (when referring to both herself and Tojiko) and then get caught off guard when Tojiko treats her like a proper romantic partner.

For context, the term is also used to refer to an intimate partner (often sexual). There's some metaphor since 'mình' used to also refer to the body (hence its use as a reflexive pronoun), so that's (probably) why there's some innuendo there.

In the modern era, it is also used by vloggers as a way to convey a casual tone when speaking to an audience, so this is is a little bit more of an old fashion reading. Perhaps fitting for someone like Futo, no?

Anyway, I'm being a little fast and loose with the language as always, so if you're more educated with Vietnamese, please forgive me for being a little bit more experimental.
