His exquisite skills and smart sense that picks up every good records from old and new are something exceptional. Around 2000, he hooked up with So Inagawa and Sackrai to participate their Cabaret party in Nagoya(which is still running by dj masda in Tokyo), that made him exploring deeper and minimalistic aspect of house music. He continued to play at Cabaret party and other underground parties after he moved to Tokyo, to dig further into alternative house groove and techno. Yone-ko carefully builds up his hallmarked set and always seeks out good grooves around. This dedicated attitude may taken as monomaniacal, however, when those elaborately chosen records get played and mixed in his set, they will be given some vibrant colorfulness and renewed context and music itself starts to shine on the dance floor. The skills underneath this magic is the result of his own experiences as a tough-as-nails dj. In 2011 he moved to Berlin and now he regularly plays around venues in world's techno capital, such as Club der Visionaere and Wilde Renate. He continues developing his own dj sets and focuses on his productions.
