Gửi những bạn sắp sửa trở thành chủ quán .Thường thì các bạn luôn băn khoăn trăn trở làm sao nước ngon? Làm sao thu hút khách hàng? Luôn bỏ qua bước định giá menu và lập menu .

Bài viết này, hi vọng sẽ giúp ít được cho ai đó !

Mình ngày trước và rất nhiều bạn thường định giá menu bằng cách xem các hàng kế bên giống giống mình bán bao nhiêu thì mình làm giá bằng hoặc thấp hơn để hút khách. Đây là điều hết sức sai lầm nhé. Kinh doanh kết quả đều thể hiện bằng con số chứ không phải bằng suy nghĩ hay tưởng tượng . Nên tối qua mình viết công thức này, các bạn hãy tham khảo qua để thử định giá mức ly nước mà các bạn sắp bán nhé . Mời các anh chị có kinh nghiệm vào cùng trao đổi thảo luận ạ.

Mình ví dụ thực tế TH của mình nha :

☘️Định giá trà sữa truyền thống size L ( 700ml )

- Cost : 4.500₫/ly ( mình lấy ví dụ )

- Tổng I : 18.000.000₫/tháng ( mặt bằng, nhân viên, điện nước,thuế, wifi, chi phí marketing, chi phí hậu mãi, chi phí khác )

-Mình đầu tư 100 triệu (v), trong đó hoàn thành xong quán 80 triệu còn 20 triệu mình dùng duy trì quán và chỉ trả các phát sinh khác có liên quan đến đầu tư quán ( như mua thêm vài dụng cụ pha chế, sửa lại sân hoặc chống dột hệ thống mái )

Mình vay ngân hàng lãi suất 1%/ tháng (a), ở đây TH mình ko tính thêm chi phí cơ hội vì mình không có đầu tư lĩnh vực khác.

Kế đến n =24 tháng ( vì mình kí HĐ 2 năm với chủ nhà ) , nên trong 2 năm phải thu hồi vốn, vì thường sau khi hết HĐ bên cho thuê có quyền lấy lại ko cho thuê nữa. Các bạn nên chủ ý khoản này. Nếu đầu tư quá nhiều mà HĐ thuê ngắn là rất mạo hiểm nhé.

=> V = (100.000.000₫ + 24.000.000₫)/24 =5.160.000/tháng

- Xác định m ( dự trù doanh số ), mình trước đây bán online đc bình quân 40 ly/ngày, mô hình mình theo đuổi là takeaway & delivery, với lợi thế mặt bằng mặt tiền, đông dân cư mình dự trù mức 70ly /ngày tương đương 2100 ly/tháng . Hệ số m rất quan trọng, nếu theo phân khúc bình dân bạn nên tăng hệ số này càng nhiều càng tốt. Nên dự trù m mức tối thiểu nhé các bạn

- Hệ số x mình xác định x=0 vì phân khúc khách hàng mình rất nhiều cạnh tranh, quán mình ko có lợi thế để thêm x. Nên mình tập trung tăng m.

Thay tất cả vào phương trình như ảnh :

👉P ( trà sữa TT size L ) = 14.500₫

❗Mình định giá :

M ( size 500ml ) : 14.000₫

L ( size 700ml ) : 17.000₫

Hiện bên mình có XL ( 1000ml ) : 25.000₫ sắp tới mình sẽ ko bán trong menu vì gây bất lợi rất nhiều cho quán.

👉Các bạn định giá, nếu muốn giá giảm so với P sau khi tính. Ví dụ : 17k/ly sau khi áp dụng công thức. Hàng kế bên bán chục năm nay chỉ giá 15k.bạn muốn bán giảm xuống thì phải tăng m ( doanh số bán của tháng ).Nếu bạn tự tin quán bạn khác đồ uống ngon, muốn định hình thương hiệu thì các bạn tăng hệ số x để nâng giá bán xứng đáng với mô hình của bạn.

Tăng - giảm - giữ giá P là do bạn định hướng, mình chỉ ghi ra các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến P để các bạn cân nhắc! Chúc mọi người thành công vs định hướng của mình

Mình sẽ quay lại, khi mình thấy khá hơn một chút

Chắc mình sẽ tạm ngưng chú trọng vào việc tài khoản của mình như thế nào

Mình phải làm giỏi đã, phải có tiền đã, phải tự tin hơn đã, phải chăm chỉ hơn đã. Vì sao lại không, khi bây giờ mình đã 20 rồi. Nếu mình có tiền, mình giỏi hơn, mình sẽ không còn mệt nhọc nhiều như lúc này nữa. Mình có thể tự tin hơn một chút để không phải lặt nhặt chuyện tình cảm. Mình sẽ trông tự tin hơn nữa sau khi chữa được mụn. Đó, mình vẫn phải chăm chỉ để trở nên xinh hơn một chút, da dẻ khỏe mạnh hơn. 

Mình đang suy nghĩ về nội thật, nó là mình luôn vui.

Mihf không hợp với máy móc, mình lơ ngơ, dễ bị mệt.

Mình đang học lại, sẽ nghiên cứu thêm về creative, social, viết, có hình nữa, mình sẽ học tiếng anh lại. Hôm nay mình không nói được. Tệ thật. Mình biết bây giờ mình thiếu gì. Chắc ổn hơn sau khi khóc nên mình mới viết được những dngf này.

Và điều quan trọng hơn hết, thứ gì ảnh hưởng đến cảm xúc của mình thì nên dẹp bỏ mẹ nó đi, mấy ngày không gặp nhau cũng được. Mình đang nói đến người yêu, khúc này là vậy thật. Mình sẽ im lặng, mình sẽ không nhận cuộc gọi, nếu có. Tự nhiên mình muốn uống bia, rít một hơi thuốc thôi. Mình cần được giải tỏa. Ok, có vẻ hom nay mình không cần tới ai cả. Mình quay lại là mình rồi, tự sạc pin cho mình.

Những gì mình đang thấy về những gì trong cuộc sống sắp tới của mình, phải chăm chỉ kiếm tiền vào. Và sống thật thà như mình vẫn sống vậy.

How to strengthen your brain outside of school:

Maybe you’re not in school anymore, or you’re taking a gap year to save for school and you’re worried about keeping your brain fast and not getting too lazy. Well, here are a few helpful ways to make sure that you keep thinking:

Read books daily. Always have a book on the go. Reading keeps your brain active and it’s a cathartic activity. If you’re feeling up to it, read self-improvement books, or informative books.

Watch Ted Talks. Not only are these videos filled with so much great information, they are also inspiring.

Think about where you want to be in the future and start preparing for that. If this means that you need to spend hours of your life prepping the perfect resume so you can get a job or internship that takes you a step closer, then so be it. If you want to start your own business I’d highly recommend that you research the hell out of entrepreneurship. 

Exercise. Exercise is important for the brain. It also keeps you happy, which in turn keeps you motivated.

Expand your vocabulary. Write down the words you don’t know in books and look them up, keep them on flashcards and memorize them. Big vocabularies are so important and they do come in handy.

Learn a new language. You can do this for free on apps like Duolingo or you can actually go and take courses somewhere. This could help you so much if you plan on doing University abroad or even getting a job there.

Watch documentaries. Netflix can currently teach you about the Vietnam war, World War II, the Earth, the global food trade etc. Learn. 

Watch the news, listen to it or read about it. It’s important that we know what’s happening right now and memes can distract us, but try to be informed. Maybe you can make a difference.

Learn a new skill. It’s time to learn something you’ve always wanted to, whether it’s cooking, sewing, art, photography, yoga, mechanics etc. Teach yourself.

Do online classes to boost your grades for University. 

Do online classes because you’re curious. Don’t stifle your curiosity. Curiosity is an asset.

Challenge yourself to do one productive thing every day. Don’t let yourself go to bed without mental stimulation for the day.

How to make moodboards?

Hi loves, a lot of you had been asking me how I make moodboards. The point is in finding perfect images. Keep reading and let your imagination go fly. It’s my first tutorial and english is not my main language (sorry for all the mistakes). Let’s go!

You will need: 

Photoshop (I’m using cs6)

internet access (for searching images)

imagination ♡.

1. First you need to find 9 pictures for moodboard. For searching I’m using pinterest, weheartit or google. Photos should be simple, aesthetic, for the best results should have light/white background.

2. Open pictures in Photoshop. 

3. Choose Crop Tool and crop pic whatever you’d like to.

4. Choose Dodge Tool and whiten all background. Set settings to this:

You can whiten coat too for looking more natural.

5. Resize image to 160x160 or whatever size you want (that size i’m using).

6. Sharpen photo (I’m using atn and I don’t remember whose is this, sorry).

7. Put psd on a pic. 

I’m using this one made by myself ♡ click ♡. If you’re saving please like/reblog this post. 

8. Do this steps for next 8 photos. If they don’t fit to the rest and need changing, play with Selective Color or Hue/Saturation. 

9. Save all of the images and you’re done!

before going on, you must have SOME basic knowledge of how to use photoshop. for example, how to use the tools, undo, copy and paste, colour adjustments, etc.

this tutorial will be pretty straight forward, but still pretty long so beware. this was requested by an AMAZING anon who is too pure and sweet for this world. i’m only doing the first image in the two-image set because i figure the second image is easy to do :)

This tutorial will show you how to use the most basic form of clipping masks in Adobe Photoshop. Please read on if you would like to learn the technique to make something like the graphic above. beginner, image heavy, photoshop

#00 Clipping masks act as a way to “fill” objects, text, shapes, etc with another image. At the most basic form, this requires two layers. One acts as the “clipped” layer (the image that will be clipped) and the other is the “base” layer (the layer the clipped layer will fill). Make sure that your base layer is always below your clipped layer! This is very important.

This can all be very confusing, so I’ve added images to help you follow along with the text. Once you get the hang of this basic form of clipping masks you can apply this technique to many things for a bunch of different results.
