Hello everyone! I decided to make a blog specifically for my silly Ratchet & Clank endeavors. So, here’s a short introductory post! Everything you’d need to know about me, Nhexis, in one place! ˙⋆✮⋆˚࿔
I’m a somewhat (or arguably, REALLY) excitable and eccentric fangirl in my 20s, just looking to share my different thoughts, headcanons, fanart, and all sorts of other stuff regarding my favorite series. I’ve been a fan of Ratchet & Clank since May of 2025, which isn’t that long, but I love it all the same! I have played all the games (note the difference between playing and completing…) and my favorite character by far is Clank.
My posts may get suggestive at times, mostly as a joke, but nothing blatantly NSFW of course. Just keep that in mind when browsing.
I do selfship with Clank, so if you’re not chill with that, then uh… I dunno what to do for you, in that case. You’re probably better off finding another blog at that point. I am non-sharing with the exception of very close friends.
Besides Clank, I REALLY love Klunk… specifically from SAC. He is a very interesting character to me, despite his little screen time. Admittedly, I kind of selfship with the SAC version of Klunk too. I guess it’s fitting that my two crushes in this series look almost identical, save for the cute goatee. (I LOVE that goatee…) Selective sharing. Only with the Secret Agent Clank version of Klunk, I don’t care if you selfship with the UYA version though.
I’m always open to making new friends in the fandom and whatnot. Hence kind of the purpose of this blog!
My favorite Ratchet & Clank game is Secret Agent Clank. I love all the entries in the series, but by far that’s the most important one to me.
I love the Ratchet & Clank movie way, WAY too much. Do not speak ill of it near me. … I’m… mostly joking. I will probably just use it as an excuse to talk about how much I love it, in reality.

Sometimes I forget why I'm on the internet to begin with, but then I see cute art of Clank and I'm like, "Oh! That's why!"
(I then proceed to save the art and stare at it for an uncomfortable amount of time... if you think this hasn't happened with your Clank art, think again.)
I’ve been playing and watching a lot of Pokemon lately, and I thought Clank and Magnemite would be pretty good friends. So I decided to do a quick sketch of it, since I thought it would be cute!
He’s so comforting to me, vro… I’m biased as hell but whenever I see or hear Clank from specifically the Ratchet & Clank movie in particular, I just melt XD
I’d try and dissect why he’s so comforting and soothing to my brain, but I think it boils down to Clank being the type of character who would never get mad or especially yell at you. He’s very calm spoken. I think that’s one of the things that first led me to like him a lot. 🩷
Bit of a vent/rant but it's R&C related so whateva.
I think I've legitimately lost 99.9% of my motivation to make art lately. Thanks in part to losing all my recent stuff from the past 2 years. (The support team for my art program fucked me over, long story short. The way they did that made it so I couldn't back up my work) I don't want to work so hard only to lose it all. 🫠
I think what's killing me the most though is losing all proof of my Ratchet & Clank obsession, my selfship, and all the stuff I've worked on for my animated project over the past year, lost. The model sheets, the concept art, everything. When you're working a project where you're the only artist and you lose everything like that, it's.. the worst.
I'll probably work it back up again, but it likely won't be until a few months have passed. I'm just really down in the dumps about it right now. The only thing I can contribute to the fandom currently is headcanons and other pieces of writing and whatnot. Or just random thoughts of mine.
These are months old by this point, and were written hastily about 30 minutes before going to work, but because I plan on writing more on this blog, I may as well put these here too. I think about him a lot...
Clank is a yearner. When he feels, he feels deeply, which may seem odd for a robot, but as a lot of us know he's a lot more sentient than being just a machine. If he's in love with someone, it feels to him like the biggest ache in his heart imaginable, to the point where he can't sit still.
He has attempted to draw in the past, however he could never seem to get it right. He is more musically inclined than artistic, as it has a lot more roots with mathematics. That's not to say drawing cannot be mathematic in a way, but music is moreso. In terms of visual arts though, he's much more comfortable with things like architecture design. That's why he can build a really mean sand structure!
Speaking of music, Clank's favorite instruments are the acoustic guitar and violin.
In terms of what he listens to, Clank likes a good mix of classical and 80s songs. He's a big Tchaikovsky fan, specifically.
He has a fascination with nature, due to being so removed from it himself. Being a robot and all! He loves looking at vast landscapes, as well. One could call him a tree hugger.
Clank gets joy in the little things. He finds value in everyday domestic life, and making the most out of whatever's going on in life at that time. He is also happiest when cozied up with a book!
