Question about medjet

So, it's been 6 years and I'm popping in with a weirdly specific question.

So you probably know about this guy, called medjed:

Well I only recently learned that medjed also referred to a type of elephantfish, which was also evidently the specific fish that ate Osiris' dick:

Does anyone know what the deal is there? Is there some connection? Wikipedia says medjed means "the smiter", but not sure how that ties to the fish

I ordered a 48 card oracle deck and it arrived today

All the cards were in a case that was plastic wrapped and sealed, but there was a duplicate card outside the box in the envelope

I don’t feel like I should put it in the deck, but I don’t know what to do with it
