"Oh it's natural", "genetics", "Makeup makes you look beautiful" and so on. True, so true. No offence.

But hey, it's high time you get real. Because honestly, all these above mentioned scenarios are optional. Most of the time they don't even matter. But what matters most of the time is YOU.

Yes, how beautiful you are on the inside, your positivity, noble intentions, skills, how seriously you do your work and express yourself, how wholesome You are, is all that matters.

Your work boosts your confidence, brings out your intelligence, enhances your skillsets and even inspire others! It also helps you overcome your insecurities. All this together helps you to shine, reflect and rock. This makes you feel proud and amazing inside out. Look confident and BEAUTIFUL.

What's more is makeup and genetics,etc are just a supplement to boost your confidence.

So, the BOTTOMLINE is : Focus On WORK, express yourself and Beauty will Follow.

Cinderella story revisited

Long long ago there was Cinderella, yes you're right the same Cinderella who lost her shoe and her prince charming found her! However, Cinderella in this story is more realistic and relatable, unlike the traditional one! Over the years, she learnt many lessons, one of which hit home perfectly. 

The lesson was to stand up for YOURSELF. This was something she learnt the hard way, after almost losing herself at a point in life. She realized that she is the only one responsible for her betterment. She then decided to be THE main character of her story and not some damsel in distress who needs a prince in shining armour to her rescue! 

She took the reigns of her life into her own hands and started to find answers to all her curiosity. She also fought her fair share of demons.

So dear readers, our Cinderella now decided that she has had enough of sneaking around at night in a ball gown and high heels with the fear of people judging her, of doing things just because they are expected of her despite having zero interest in them. Now Cinderella took control of her life and owned her story.

To all the Cinderellas out there she says, it's time to replace those stupid heels with comfy sneakers, it's time to replace that tight corset with a terrific dress and that makeup with confidence!

Make confidence your voice, and let it be strong and loud. Trust me, the world will stop and listen to you just like you did my story! 

Own your story. Have the guts to be the main character and the world will revolve around you as a sidekick!
