I'm coming clean. Like, I don't know how this happened clean. I have cheated. Bad. And, to the point that I feel like a complete failure. I'm not, and not looking for pity or sympathy. But, I want you all to know that these weight-loss journeys are NOT easy. Mental battles rage on, and things happen that make us internalize and turn to old habits to cope. I have been struggling with this cycle for the past few months, only really being successful when I was strictly following the Reset. Monday, I start over. When you feel out of control with your relationship with food, it is time for some help. That, right there, is my purpose this time around. #whole30 #truthbomb
