Are you lucky enough to have friends like this? . They don't judge you or presume guilt when they find out when you've gotten yourself in a sticky situation. . Instead they go out of their way to help you, offering to lend an ear if you need to cry or vent. . When they see others are wronging you they go out of their way to help. . They stick up for you. . They are ready to fight any @$$hole who tries to hold you back from greatness or put you down. . If anyone has the nerve to say something nasty about you they KNOW NOT to say it around this kind of friend... Because if they do they will be checkmated right on the spot, humiliated for thinking so wrongly about you and instantly be outed for the nasty piece of garbage they (are) said... 😉 . I don't know about you but these are the only kinds of friends that I want in my life. . At 35 years of age, I simply won't accept it any other way. . I now know that when you truly love someone you will fight FOR them. . You will help them when they are struggling and fight anyone who tries to devalue them or their emotions. . You CHOOSE TO VALUE THEM and show them that they are valued through these little actions of love and acceptance. . You know when you meet up you are completely safe with them, as there is no competition or rivalry. . There is no need to "outdo" each other or prove your prowess to one another... . You simply are free to be yourselves around each other and know that anything you tell them will not be used to hurt you or be turned against you with your known enemies... . . . I will always value and cherish these kinds of friends and hope you do too. . Have a great Sunday and an even merrier Christmas everyone. . Did you ever get the chance to reflect upon your life over the years? I know I have. And if there is one thing I have learned throughout everything in this life, it is not to ever regret any of it, nor take it for granted.
