Had a lot of work to do over the weekend, so my Labour Day vacation was hardly relaxing. Managed to finish most of my assignments, though, so treated myself to a trip to 798 for a wander around and something decent to eat (Cafe Flatwhite- I highly recommend the vegetarian pesto pasta. And the flatwhites, of course). Went into the Exclamation museum as well as a David Gerstein exhibition.
Overall it was a little disappointing, though, perhaps because a lot of the exhibitions were closed due to the holiday weekend.... yet I’ve often felt sort of despondent after leaving 798. There must be something I’m missing, but it definitely feels a little...shallow? Any recommendations highly appreciated, of course, as I’ll be visiting again soon no doubt.
The last photograph, the first character I’m pretty sure is ‘yin’= sound, music. Can anybody help me out with the second character?
