shifting whenever you want starts with a decision. decide you want to shift and then calm your emotions. don’t hype yourself up. don’t get desperate. settle your mind and your feelings. if you’re anxious about “having to do this now” you already lost the state. regulate yourself using slow breathing and soften your thoughts so that you feel no anxiety or desperation. you decided so you are already on the timeline where it is yours. when you begin un-deciding by worrying, you put yourself back in the timeline of not having it.

before any 3d proof comes your way, feel satisfied that it is done. this is the cheat code fr because if you know something is done, and feel that calm confidence, you just reflect that state into your 3d that much faster. don’t start begging and pleading for your attempt to work. have an energy of “this is mine.” your internal satisfaction should replace the need for proof.

mentally place yourself ahead. instead of focusing on the fact that you’re trying to shift (which is kinda you speaking from your past state) think from the state where it’s already unfolding and you’re already in your dr. if you shift whenever you want and you already exist in your dr, there’s nothing that you really have to push toward. so if mental images or thoughts of your dr come up, that’s just you aligning with what’s already in motion. don’t rush it. and don’t latch onto it like you’re going to lose it. let your dr form around you. take it in. breathe. and enjoy the sensations, visuals and thoughts as they come.
