Developing Spiritual Self

• In those choices I would pick to grow spiritually because I want growing up I want to have a deeper understanding of my inner self. As well as deeper understanding of life and everything that revolves around me. Also I want to have self-awareness that would really help me to grow my spiritual health and faith.

• I will grow spiritually by developing a deeper understanding of myself, exploring the meaning of life, and strengthening my faith. To achieve this, I would like also to track my personal growth and understanding of everything that revolves around me. I will also assess my progress by reflecting and taking other perspectives and criticism on how much I have grown in self-awareness, and understanding of life’s deeper meaning.

Never give up!!!

• I prioritised my health in times of challenging situations by not choosing to stress myself over the problem that I'm facing because I know to myself that, if I'm going through something and my health is affected to—I know that It would worsen the situation. So I'm forcing myself to just stay healthy not just physically but also mentally by staying calm and keeping my cool.

• The adaptive coping strategies that I'm doing is taking the lesson in every challenges that I faced in order to grow. Because I believe that adapting and learning those lessons is the best way to grow. I believe that everything that happened has it purpose or lesson that would help every individual to grow.

Never Stop Learning!

• The learning style that I find interesting is those activities and courses that you'll learn in a way of doing it first and experiencing it before you learn it.

• The learning style that I am most associated with is learning through doing it first and experiencing, it that way I'll easily learn it. Because for me the best way to learn something is to do it and experience it first because I believe that knowing to do something needs to have experience, especially in those things that are difficult to learn.

• Based on the other learning styles, I find it effective depending on how a person teaches it to me, also I am contributing to that when I am also interested to learn it. I believe that all learning styles are effective it will just depend on a person on how she or he will adapt it.
