I need advice!!
I’ve been eating less than 1200 kcal a day and I’m constantly working out and everyday I make 15000 steps.
At first I lost weight fast but now I gained a little weight again and my belly is constantly bloated..
What am I doing wrong?? I’m not eating more and I only snack on fruits. I live together with my boyfriend and he keeps a strict eye on me when it comes to eating..
My current weight is - 46,5 kg
And my height is - 1.58 m
My goal weight is - 43 kg
Pls someone help me out, I feel so desperate and frustrated
