everything everywhere all at once is about intergenerational trauma. about depression and passive suicidality and the gravitational appeal of nothingness. about aging, getting older in your twenties and getting older in your fifties. about the specific hurt mothers can cause their daughters and daughters their mothers. about the harsh reality of the immigrant experience and the american dream. but it’s mostly about kindness and family and it’s about choosing to sit at home talking about taxes with someone who loves you, and it’s about telling your daughter that you’d choose her over the entire universe, and it’s about how even in the universes where life didn’t form, love can still exist. and it’s really all of that at once.

✨ presenting: The ref. Sheet I’ve been meaning to make for like the last 8 years :) here’s my super old OC Johnathan! It looked very nice but my cats spilled water on it and I had to cover it in stars and hearts to cover it up, but I think it kinda adds to it!

Here was one of my final art projects of the school year, I haven’t done digital in a while so I’m proud of how this turned out! This was a mix of original pieces and real pictures blended into the work to make the piece!

THE WALTEN FILES IS SO GOOD okay okay so I was like ehhh bc I heard so much about the Walten Files but it didn’t seem that interesting UNTIL I watched it and got attached to all the characters! (Banny is my fave 🥺) but yeah!!! It’s kind of a FNAF fan lore horror series but it’s really unfair to compare it, it’s amazing in its own way and the series isn’t even done but it already has SO many theories about who the animatronics are and what’s going to happen to the most recently introduced character! So if you’re into horror series and have a few hours to spare, I definitely recommend watching the Walten Files!
