LEARNING FROM CHAOS: . A message for those people being caught up in other people’s dramas.. . . Sometimes we can’t escape being pulled into complex situations particularly if we have a responsibility for others.. . . It’s very easy to become caught up in the drama and to start feeling all the emotions as if they were ours.. . . You firstly need to ask yourself one simple question.. . . Is this really about you? Or do others need to take more responsibility for their own decisions and actions? . . Some people are masters at casting blame when it seems they are unable to face reality.. they look for scapegoats because they can’t see they’re the problem .. or the solution! . . The opportunity here is to learn about not taking on other people’s dramas. And to realise that how people behave.. and what they say is a reflection of where they are. . .
