Trope Analysis!!

grumpy x chaotic sunshine: from what little we know about them, i think it safe to assume yulian is chaotic sunshine and vaughn is the grumpy one

mafia romance: pretty self explanatory

enemies to lovers: idk if the 'enemies' part is mutual or just vaughn but i'm curious about what the 'tragedy' will be that seemingly breaks their trust in each other

second chance tension: i've saw theories that vaughn and yulian could've have dated and broken up but i think the 'tension' is from mutual, unresolved feeling. like they were having a slow bur and then something big happened (which i'm hoping is not yulian sending V the video of him and his gf because the cheating trope as the big 'tragedy' would be lame.)

pining/longing: i'm hoping the pining will be very much mutual especially with most of the songs rina's posting HTV to, being about in love with someone and thinking they don't love you back or deserve better. also, because we basically know yulian going to be pining over vaughn i hope they switch that around and yulian gives vaughn a bit of his own medicine

mutual obsession: i literally know vaughn and yulian are going to be so, over the top, obsesses with each other and lowkey i'm going to eat it up everytime

bi-awakening: lowkey i'm headcannoning vaughn being yulian bi-awakening and yulians chill with it because he's like 'this is the most perfect man i've ever saw.' which is probably unlikely for a future pakhan in the mafia but let a girl dream. i think vaughn is gay and deeppp in denial, probably why he was stuck in a relationship for so long, only ending because of cheating.
