lately I've been thinking a lot about the fact that somewhere in the world there's a hypothetical person who's your ultimate soulmate, literally perfect for you. You could be incredibly happy together, but the chances of you meeting are almost zero, so you're essentially forced to choose between the available options your whole life. It's sad, but maybe it's for the best
