          “i just want us to be safe, that’s all. i mean, you saw what happened with that storm. you couldn’t control it. just maybe think before doing from now on. it’s better if we all do that.” she understands the reasoning behind not wanting the circle to be bound. she didn’t want to lose her individual powers either. but what did having them be loose do for them ?? what price were they going to end up paying in the future ??

         faye ignored the storm comment. that had been what others may call a weak moment except faye was never weak so she considered it a mistake. “well i don’t know about you, but i feel much safer being able to use my magic at full capacity on my own than having to get miss perfect on board and having to use others to make myself stronger.” this conversation was getting old. faye was never gonna be pro binding and melissa was beginning to turn to the other side which meant if it came to a vote she had a possibility of losing and faye didn’t lose anything. “don’t you think if we were supposed to have a bound circle that we would be born with our magic that way? it’s unnatural. “

      “that’s the point melissa. we’ve just gained this strength in our power, why would we just give it away now.” looks like little-miss-perfect had been working her magic of good on melissa. “since when have you been all aboard the diana train? you know she just wants the circle bound so she can control us. it’s all about her being in control and it’ll be a cold day in hell when i let that happen.”

            jenny looked up at the stranger in the car. she had seen him around school, he was new… at least new to her. it wasn’t like she actually knew everyone in the schools. a wave of shivers went across her body as the wind blew again. it wasn’t like she was stupid, of course she knew it was cold but she didn’t have the luxury of having a person driver like most people in this city.

    “oh melissa. please tell me you have not gone soft. we’ve only just scratched the surface of the power we have... those incidents were just examples of why we shouldn’t bind the circle. the more we practice individual magic, the more we will learn how to control it. Besides if cassie can’t handle those small obstacles we’ve thrown at her I wouldn’t want to bind a circle with her weakness holding us down.”

At first,  he had thought that she could be related to Cheryl because of the hair, but nope. “And I think it’s important to say that I am so not the person to get you acclimated into the circle that is Riverdale high. But, here we are! So come on on the magical tour.”

           the boy in front of her seemed to have a motor running inside of him that just kept his mouth going. she had tuned him out the second he started talking, clearly not interested in what he had to say. yet when she tuned back in she had to stop herself from chuckling to herself. if he thought it wasn’t obvious that he wasn’t the person to get her in... well then he had another thing coming for him.
