Unfortunately I have some sad news for everyone who follows this event.
Because of the lack of interest and monetary backing the organizers of the event are forced to move SparkleStuck 2016 into the winter.
That being said, we have some very exciting news to announce because we have more time to organize what’s happening! We will be completely reorganizing SparkleStuck to be a fully developed fandom event for any and every fandom that there is.
The organizer of this event is also creating a community to bring together the fans of Atlanta (and possibly further). I will make another announcement when the urls look pretty about this.
Sparklestuck isn’t going away. It’s simply reaching God Tier. And with the power, come great great things!
We will still be having a meetup on the Saturday that Sparklestuck was originally planned on (April 16th 2016). At the meetup you will be able to prepay, (for cheaper than the current door price) donate, skate, draw, and anything you can normally do during normal sparkles hours. Please check the event page for more info about COSTUME RESTRICTIONS. I will be making a tumblr master event post for said event as well and posting it to the Sparklestuck event blog.

1) Dates for the new Sparklestuck need to be picked. The three dates that the organizers have chosen to be up for voting are:
November 12th-13th
December 10th-11th
January 14th-15th

2) The SparkleStuck 2016 Time & Space poster needs to be finished. If you are an artist and would like to help contribute to the community, please consider viewing THIS link. (Will update when I have it x_x;;)
3) PREPAY AND DONATE TO THE NEW EVENT!!
All previous prepayers will still be prepayed for the new event (and even get the best swag we can produce). Prepaying for the Winter Sparkles is starting at $25. It can be paid online, or in person. You will be able to prepay for the winter Sparkles at the 4/9 and 4/16 meetups.
In addition we will be starting serious crowdfunding on a site. That will be posted on this blog once we have it too.
4) We need artists, members of the community with follower influence, leaders, and anyone with ideas for the new event. If you have any of those qualities message this blog or my personal.
Please feel free to message me with concerns, feels, ideas, inquires to help, or anything else. I am completely open to communication. I would love to hear your thoughts on what’s happening and get as much input on how to move forward in a way that everyone can agree with. Please reblog this with those kinds of thoughts in mind.
