"Show me love"
Our muses build a fort
"No, Dana! Thats not how you do it!" Steve laughed, throwing a cushion at her. How they came to be building a fort in Steve’s living room, he’d never know, but he couldn’t say he minded. Dana was far nicer away from the station and it was good to see her. They’d hauled out all the cushions, pillows, and blankets they could find in his small apartment and had begun turning his living room into the fort of all forts.
He shook his head. “Nope. All the other Carlsberg namesakes died off or married out. I’m the only one left after dad.”
She moved more into the fort and looked at all the work they had done up to that point. “So you have to be very careful during street sweeper day since you’re the last Carlsberg, other than your parents.” Walking in a circle Dana looked up at the top of the pillow fort walls. “How are we going to get a roof into this? Do we us blankets?”
