I technically don't have time for another sideblog, so I simply made this as a lowkey place to put the random conglomeration of Bad Girls gifs that I made while watching the series. While I love the entire show (esp. series 1-4), I chose this url because I am Nikki/Helen trash.

So apparently Jack Ellis and Debra Stephenson appeared on an episode of SMTV Live back in the day (2000 or 2001, probably). Specifically a Chums sketch. WHAT???

Being American, I never saw SMTV Live growing up, but I was obsessed with it (and Ant and Dec lmao) like 10+ years ago and used to religiously seek out clips of it. I’d never seen this one before today. I’m.........

Bad Girls and SMTV Live... two obsessions I never imagined would collide, but it makes sense somehow. I mean, everyone appeared on SMTV Live in its heyday. Why not the cast of a show definitely not intended for children?

So I've watched bad girls a whole bunch, and I f*ckin love the costa cons — just love their friendship, the comic relief, ect.

However, more recently, ngl... I could see Bev being a little sweet on Phyl or having been sweet on her once upon a time.

Ooh, fun thought! I could actually see that. Bev seems more devoted to/dependent on Phyl than the other way around. They certainly are an interesting pair, regardless.

Telling Truths That Burn You - Nikki Wade/Helen Stewart

A/N: Written for @febuwhump , also written as a sort-of gift for @nikkiandhelen​ since their gifs always inspire me to keep coming back to these two. Set post Fenner being Fenner. A re-imagining of Helen admitting what happened to Nikki.

Helen can’t remember ever being so sure she’s a mess. She knows, too well, everything she feels for Nikki is right and wrong at the same time but this… this is different. It’s nothing but wrong. Pain and hell and it’s all on one person. Nikki’s arms have always felt like home but she tangles her fingers tighter into Nikki’s shirt as she speaks, an unspoken plea not to leave. The words sting, they hurt to say, she’s always been so strong but this isn’t easy, not telling Nikki, not accepting what happened. “Bastard.” Nikki’s voice is rough with emotion and Helen trembles at it even as Nikki’s arms tighten around her, soft fingers stroking down her back over her shirt. It’s the first touch that’s felt right in months and Helen relaxes just slightly. “He’ll pay… somehow.” Nikki sounds sure and Helen sighs again, tucking herself into Nikki a little more firmly. “Don’t give him the pleasure of getting you in trouble Nik…” “Oh hell no, he’ll burn his own arse.” Nikki mutters and Helen half-laughs. “As long as you get yourself out of here… safely.” “I will.” Nikki promises and for once leaving doesn’t feel so terrifying, not when Nikki will be there soon enough.

turkey really made wentworth but if bea and franky were in love but i’ll never get to see the whole story play out bc netflix bought it but never made more episodes and only put the first season up (split into two parts) so basically i will never know true peace :)
