On Friday my life changed forever. My sweet little rascal was knocked down and couldn’t make it through. I never counted myself a “cat person” until my sisters cat got pregnant & I felt obliged to take a kitten. This little kitten grew to be Alice, my best friend & little baby. At the age of 26 I plan to have kids within the next 10 years and always imagined Alice there playing with them and chasing after them if they had a packet of crisps because the sound of them drove her insane. I know people might judge me as she was “only a cat” but she was my companion & my shadow, always at my feet & dependant on me. My emotions aren’t objective to whether or not she was a cat or human all they know is that she meant the world to me and I loved every little bit of her & I am equally as sore now as I was when my pops passed. This little bundle of fluff is now my little angel and even though it feels like my world has fallen apart & my heart hurts so much I realise that this grief is the price I have to pay for the privilege to have her in my life & the joy I got from loving her.

Came on tumblr with the intention if just checking out pictures & after a couple months decided i may as well give it a go :) So im niki :) 24, Irish, single, blessed with a beautiful family & friends & currently being totally lazy and lying the bath!
