I think there’s something so poetic about Ryland living under Colt and Court’s shadow his whole life and them knowing it, to Colt and Court being crushed under the shadow of Savior of the Universe, never being able to escape from the shadow Ryland left behind

i take my (male) friend to see the hadestown proshot. hes laughing at a good amount of the scenes, which is kinda peculiar but hes a peculiar guy and he will laugh at anything so im not shocked nor mad. flowers comes on. i’m sitting there beside him, stifling tears, because this song is FLOWERS. the lyrics “men are kind, until they aren’t” comes on, hes giggling full on in this movie theater. And it might be such a non-issue but im like wow……What im hearing is that youve never experienced being on high guard around a man because in an instant they could switch and harm you. You havent lived in fear, you havent been the deer at the end of the barrel, you havent felt enough prey-like defenselessness at the hands of a man to feel those lyrics. and its crazy to me because i can see why he laughed, it’s a simple lyric, but in the context of eurydice’s story its so important. its such a good encapsulator of being a woman, a girl on the run, a girl who has been beaten down and betrayed until she’s had no choice but to flee. men are kind. until they aren’t. until you’re bleeding or their hands are in your pants or you’re out on the street. men are kind. until they aren’t. and you will never know how cruel men can be.

I really cannot explain how much I love the "Jay, Cole, and Kai trying to deal with the chaos monster without Lloyd knowing" scene. It genuinely feels like they're trying to hide the mess from Master Wu.

This plus Lloyd being the chosen delegate of Ninjago for the Summit and Percival saying that Lloyd is " the most well known and trusted citizen".

Having just been above the intended age range for this show when it came out; you can technically say I grew up with the ninja. I remember Little Shit Lloyd™ and the trouble he used to cause. I dunno if it's just me, or the writers did a very well job, but I felt a definite change in his character after the Ritual of Uprooting (even tho he traditionally failed). Like after all Lloyd has been through; the final puzzle had finally been placed.

Lloyd is my comfort character. And I can't feel nothing but pride seeing how far he's come ( tho I do wish he kept a part of his prankster ways even if a little bit).
