Mercury in Retrograde is all about the "re-" words. And while I #REsist the urge to start anything new, today I feel the pull to #REclaim my past through writing. In this case, privately writing a memoir if you will as if for future grandchildren 7 generations down the line (although their written texts will probably evolve to purely emojis by that point). But the point for me is for it to be my secret annals so I can explore all the feelings of the past to aid my healing to be more present in the now. I have lots of regrets for the things I never did and shame for some of those that I have. This month feels like a good time to reclaim my past with love, compassion, and gratitude rather than leave a gaping hole in my psyche where it silently screams for attention.
