Hi, I want to ask about the FE Gaza rally. How does one redeem the donation fanwork (do we just send a prompt like "this is my donation receipt and can I get a fic/fanart about this FE character in a ball gown" etc)? How does this work with the volunteer artists/writers etc? Do you accept any volunteer or will there be a selection; if so, how? Sorry for the questions, I'm a bit confused. Thank you!
It's like skeb, in a way. This will make a lot more sense once the form is live and you get the visuals--I set it up into separate types of redemption, so people don't get too overwhelmed by choices. I can attach screenshots later after I eat and get a little refreshed!
You can choose between receiving call to action rewards or donation rewards.
Then, it'll split into a different menu, you select that, such as art rewards.
You'll put your prompts down (I'll ask people for multiple in case a ship or character chosen is disliked/not preferred by the artist you select). There will be menus of artists with their art and prices. You'll select the artist, and if their offerings aren't separated I'll ask for which type you prefer.
I kind of wrote this example quickly off the top of my head, to give a general idea.

If your artist offers multiple selections, please choose which kind you'd like to choose for the slot you selected. Please also mention if you would like to add an additional character according to the proper rate, if the artist allows this.

I'm using a form limiting plugin to let me limit options like an inventory, in a way. Some artists have defined specific slots for each type of drawing they're offering so I'm able to split those into different options underneath their menu. For others, I just have it by slot, and will ask people to elaborate.
As for volunteers, we are being a bit selective right now on a rolling basis since we are swamped and catching up on updating everyone (still filling out the site, and need to input everything into the form). But people are still encouraged to reach out, and I'll get back to everyone as timely as possible! Been working around the clock to get things updated with my lovely co mod working super hard too!
