I reported before that JJ had 140 stills [illustrations], but after closely checking the script I found out that it was actually 164 stills.
I’m almost done with my assigned work, so I’m thinking of supervising and maybe going over the script in detail.
After, I might work on additional drawings I want to tweak. (See below, picture showing the same scene)

I’m drawing everything in the scene including the backgrounds by myself, but I thought that in order to improve my still-drawing skills, a “lack of resistance” to a certain task might be important.

If you’re painting 160 colour illustrations, drawing the background doesn’t feel like such a hassle anymore.
[In other words, he’s basically forcing himself to draw the backgrounds so he can get better and hate doing it less as a result.]

I was drinking together with others from home so I looked for a glass, but I didn’t have one.
I used a tumbler that I normally use (a gift from a reader), but I still wanted to see the liquid as it’s being poured into a transparent glass. My home doesn’t really have a suitable environment for drinking.
So I bought this.

I was torn between the tumbler and a mug with a doughnut handle, but neither are transparent.
The doughnut one, by the way, came from a reader who likes Amon-kun. (It’s cute.)
