no offense but six is about women
it's so specifically about women that the entire point of the show is to draw parallels between the experiences of women today and women 500 years ago and to create roles for women (and nb people but the characters are still women) like do you know how rare it is to have an all female cast and band? and people see this and think 'i'm gonna make this about men' and i'm so sick of it i'm so sick of people taking these women and gender bending them and rewriting songs to fit their shitty male fave characters and saying 'but what if the show was about these male historical figures!' as if the fact that it's about the queens means nothing and people acting like the main audience is gay men and every male actor saying 'why don't we do a genderbent production!' bc they're bitter there's one (1) show that's barred to them like i'm so tired of this let women have ONE thing
