Prior to her role in Music Works, Nina “earned her chops” growing up around the music scene in Brooklyn, NY and working in many of Brooklyn’s leading music studios. She has been on the cutting edge of hip hop, rap, and R&B engineering since 2003. As she brings experience and expertise from both sides of the microphone, Nina’s passion is to identify, nurture, mentor, and develop emerging artist’s style and sound, performance and career trajectory.

Dream Diary:

My dream was crazy! The music mafia was after me. At the end I jumped off the balcony and landed in front of the boss wearing this beautiful VanGogh starry night painting suit. It looked like the stars on his clothes were glowing.

The boss looked like Tabias from the show “Black Lightning” except he had dreads. I couldn’t help but to keep starring at his beautiful suit. The suit made me feel I could trust him even though my gut was saying not to. He said “Now why you got us doing all this maneuvering? I just want to know if you would lead us to the future”— then I woke up
