If they are from outside the monastery, he will not be so lenient. He’s known to run off at the mouth when provoked; only now provocation is not needed for him to say something. He will say as much as he can before progressing to an actual fight, settling the quarrel mano a mano, despite your protests.
And though your honour is part of the reason he would escalate the ordeal, he also finds pleasure in putting people in their place. For him, this is two birds, one stone.
After all is said and done, and he has won (obviously), he’ll return to your side, and no matter how battered or bruised he is, your comfort is his top priority. Even if his bones are broken or his pride is wounded, he will do all he can to calm your mind.
Raiden;
After his training with Kuai Liang, he’s better at holding in his anger. He doesn't let it fester; instead, it simmers. He extends these teachings to you, as he believes it can help you move through your emotions.
He also believes that this skill can translate to honing sadness into something greater. He tries his best to help you translate these emotions into an outlet for your power, so you might improve your skills, instead of letting it eat away at you.
Still, he can see how hard you've taken this person’s careless words, and despite him trying to help you through it, he can also see that what you truly need is comfort.
This he provides as best he can, seeing that your needs are met with zeal and that you aren’t alone for too long so you don't begin spiralling, but he also gives you space if that is what you desire.
Bi-Han;
Truly, depending on the severity of the effect this person has on you, he might go as far as to execute them or, at the very least, banish them from the Lin Kuei as a show of force.
However, he also worries. Less for you but for how quick you were to show weakness. He cares for you; this is true enough, but if words are all it takes for you to crumble, then the weight of the Lin Kuei’s ambitions might not be best suited for your shoulders.
He sees that you are trained in compartmentalisation and stress resistance. Though he is big on power and domination, he also values the strength of the brain and its resilience to tampering, should the worst ever come.
After he is done with his duties, and his professionalism has been put to bed, he is capable of comfort. This he does in his own way, quietly and more subdued than anything, but still he will help you unwind and calm the voices in your head.
Kuai Liang;
Banishes them. No questions asked. Such behaviours are not befitting of Shirai Ryu initiates.
While a part of him wants to see reason and help them improve as people, what they had done was malicious, calculated even. This is not the way.
Besides that, he is angered that those under his jurisdiction were able to harm you so deeply. He feels guilty in a way. He believes he should have foreseen this outcome and that they should have never been allowed to get so close to you. Even so, despite this anger and guilt, he never pushes it onto you and instead opts to reassure and comfort you in any way he can.
If you need time off or space, then that is what he will give you. If you prefer to stay busy, then he will help you with training, no matter if it's physical or mental.

This translates, sadly, to an almost shallow response from him, bordering on dismissive. He means well, but he struggles a bit with empathy and thinks this person shouldn't have been able to affect you in the first place, so why even entertain the thought?
Even so, eventually, probably after being kicked into gear by someone (Kenshi), he notices that you’d actually taken it a lot harder than he initially thought. He’ll backtrack on his original statement, despite still believing in it, and opt for a more sympathetic approach.
This he’ll mainly do with physical touch, since his words often betray what he truly means. He’ll hold you close as he tries to explain, better this time, that you’re too incredible to be letting someone like them get to you, and that you're so perfect to him. His anger will come out as he speaks, calling the other person names as he wipes away your tears and reassures you that there really is no one as amazing as you, not even him.
Kenshi Takahashi
Over the years, he’s got a lot better with his anger. His time with the Yakuza made him more calculated and methodical, and, as you explain to him what this person had done, part of that past life will creep back into his mind.
He’ll think of all the ways the Yakuza would have punished someone like them, and, selfishly, despite actively pioneering the Yakuza’s downfall, he’ll wish he could use such methods on this person.
Instead, knowing that such extremes are not at his disposal, he’ll focus on guiding you through the trauma of the situation. If you require therapy outside of what he can offer, then he will pay for the sessions. And, if the situation is so dire, then he will even take time away from the OIA to support you.

You were mad at him because he wouldn’t let you in where he hung out at with the Black Dragon and your thoughts immediately went to him cheating on you. It annoyed him that he was being accused. He’ll ask if do you ever shut up and that’s when your slap him. His hand’s immediately go to his belt and he starts to take them off. “Bend over the table. We’re bout to have a fun night.”
In honor of the 120th anniversary of the Newsboy’s Strike of 1899, I am going to talk about a lesser-known part of it- the newsboy strike in Hartford, Connecticut.
Before I begin, please note that the timeline and explanation of the strike I have put together here are based entirely on the primary-source articles published at the time of the strike in the Hartford Courant. I was unable to find any second-hand analysis of the Hartford strike in 1899, although the Hartford newsboys went on strike again in 1909 and I was able to find some information about that (however, in the interest of keeping this post from getting ridiculously long I will not be talking about that strike here, just the one in 1899).
The New York City newsboys began their strike against the World and the Journal on July 18th, 1899. Word of this seemed to reach Hartford on the 20th of July, the first mention of the strike that I could find having been printed in the July 21st paper in an article entitled “The Latest Strike”. The article references someone named “Muggsy McGee” (AKA Kid Blink) as being the leader of the strike. The article also calls newspapers “Yellows”, which was a nickname given to them because of the rise of so-called “Yellow Journalism” at that time.
No other mention of the strike was made in the Hartford Courant until July 26th, when it was reported that the Hartford newsboys were joining the New York strike on the next Monday (July 26th, 1899 was a Wednesday). According to the article, the boys had tried to start a strike one week earlier on the previous Monday but didn’t have enough people. The article also reports that only one girl was striking with the boys (Sarah Luftig), the rest of them having decided to keep selling the newspapers at the elevated price. The leaders of the strike were apparently named Nathan Gilman, Samuel Taylor, and Barney Goldberg.
The two things which I found most interesting in this article were both related to the New York Journal agent in Hartford, a man named Herman Koppleman. The first thing is his name. It sounds remarkably similar to the name given to the man who runs the newsboy’s lodging house in the 1992 Newsies movie (Kloppman), so I’m assuming that Disney used that name for one of the characters in honor of this man. The second thing was Koppleman’s comment that the Hartford boys going on strike was pointless since the result of the strike in New York would determine the price of the World and Journal newspapers for the rest of the country and the Hartford strike would have no effect on it. It struck me that the boys in Hartford didn’t need to go on strike to reap the benefits of what the newsboys in New York City were doing, but they chose to anyway. That is a very courageous thing to do, especially for young children. It wasn’t only the boys in New York who were standing up for themselves against all odds.
The next day, on July 27th, the boys in Hartford were told that the strike in New York City had ended. However, they refused to believe the news since no one was able to tell them who won the strike, and they continued with their plans to strike. I was unable to find any more information about this, but since the boys in New York continued to strike until August 1st it appears that the boys in Hartford were correct and the strike had not yet ended, they were just being lied to.
Now, these next few articles are where things get interesting and the timeline gets complicated. If you remember, an article published on Wednesday the 26th of July, 1899 said that the boys in Hartford planned to start their strike the next Monday, which was the 31st of July. Well, they did just that.
On August 1st, the Courant also reported that the Newsboy’s Union in New York City had been formed. They made no mention of the Hartford strike in that article, however, but as we know the New York Strike ended on the 1st of August. At first, I thought that this meant that the strike in Hartford would likely end as well, but according to the next few articles it did not.
In an article from the 2nd of August, it was reported that on the previous day (the 1st) the strike was still alive and well in Hartford. The boys were fighting with the scabs and holding their ground impressively. (As a side note, the illustrations provided in this article were wonderfully drawn, and I was surprised but glad to see them included).
On August 3rd, the strike continued. An article reported that now all of the newsboys and newsgirls in Harford were on strike, not one of them still selling papers. The article also provided portraits of two of the strike leaders, Samuel Taylor and Barney Goldberg.
On August 4th, an article gave an account of a parade the boys held celebrating the strike, which reportedly 400 or 500 boys attended (for context, an earlier article reported that there were 75 total newsboys and newsgirls in Hartford). The description of the parade certainly makes it sound like quite a lively affair.
After the parade, the strike seems to have calmed down. An article from the 5th of August stated that the boys were still striking but had agreed to do so without any more violence. And an article from the 7th of August stated that the strike was essentially over (it also paints the strike in an extremely negative light compared to the other articles written about it, which tended to be more objective).
In summary, the newsboys of Hartford were on strike from roughly the 31st of July, 1899 to the 7th of August, 1899. Their strike had many of the same elements of the New York City strike, and it is clear that they believed fiercely in the cause they were fighting for. It is unclear to me what the reason for them continuing to strike after the strike in New York had ended was, but they had gone on strike the previous year and they went on strike again about 10 years later, so they obviously had some major grievances with the people they worked for.

Race was having trouble with some scabbers and Lita saw it and just go up to punch those scabbers out of funny, then she hold up little Race and see how he's starving and she also hungry so go to get some foods together.
After all that Lita almost every day will go to that street and play with him or just chill together also Lita will help him selling papes too!
And one time Lita flew away from home and swear never go back, she didn't know where she can go so she go find Race and know about other newsies and the Newsboys lodging house, after others agreed Lita live there with them together.
Lita play with other newsies too! Just like friends and buddies! And sometimes when someone get in trouble Lita will help the fight too (She love fight lol)
But Lita most of the times stay with Race, she didn't understand what's that feeling, she just feel happy and loving around Race, then after she ask others then start understand the fact she like-like Race, but she's unsure if Race feel this way.
Then one time Lita stick with Race like usual (Lita LOVE physical contact) and Race seriously tell Lita he have something to tell her, Lita was nervous he going to tell her he didn't like this anymore then she ask him "Oh... You don't like me sticking with you?" Race frowned and say "No! What are you talking about? I was just about to tell you I like you sticking with me too much." Then Lita burst out with happiness and they both know they like-like each other!
