Kiki's bento box - tutorial by art by tran. Cuute~
Thanks art by tran for the cutest tutorial :)
I would love to be a 3d artist for games but when I see portfolios of people who can't find a job... I'm like... what chances do I even have... ehhh...
Started this tutorial but it was a bit too realistic for my taste, so I skipped some steps. Still, I feel like it's a decent hotel room.
Another fun tutorial done :)

There are so many little things that improve overall image, like gradients or soft shadows. I never remember such stuff on my own. Probably should make a list of all the little details that bring these models to life and hang it in front of me with big arrow signs.
It's like with the paintings. The last finishing touches like noise texture, sharpen filter, light effects make everything look so much more *professional*.
Studying 3d some more.
This time it's a tutorial by CODEMOD
I'm still not sure where I am going with all this learning 3d thing. I'm just hoping that I would find a job or something... in some place nice and not in the 3rd world country...
This bedroom scene was done on my own, and I kinda love it. I have trouble filling up the space with decor items. But still it's cute I think. My favourite detail is moonlight on the bed and the floor :)
Well, this is a chair. Simple office chair. Trying out modelling without any help to see what I can remember :D
Definetely forgot some things I've learned in tutorials. Also haven't planned out the design, so it kinda random. But it looks like a solid chair to me so I wanted to share anyway.
This cozy kitchen took a while to finish but yay it's done! I love off-white + muted green color combinations. I like it and working on the bigger scene than before inspired me to continue with 3d modelling.
Tutorial by art by tran on youtube.
Yay for another tutorial!
Cute, isn't it?
This tutorial is by Yuki's Blender School channel on youtube. I guess I've finished all the beginner ones there. I'm getting used to Blender and it feels nice.
My pace definitely slowed down. I want to do better in the next year. My adhd brain wants to do everything at once. Priorities who?
Anyway this tutorial was by Yuki's Blender School on youtube. I like how it turned out.
It was a quick YT Shorts tutorial for bowls by casraven3d (on youtube) which I slightly modified further, and glaze materials by oniku_nanami3d (also on youtube). So pretty :)
Slowly getting more confident in Blender.
Yuki's Blender School tutuorials help quite a lot.
Ice-cream tutorial by Yuki's Blender School.
Hoping to do a strawberry cake next :)
I was trying to find some interesting tutorials on SkillShare when I started 3d and it was the one that caught my attention.
It's called Design a minimal geometric scene in Blender (not ad).
It was pretty useful. I think such scenes are very useful for graphic designers, which I am so it wasn't a waste of time for me.
I think there are still not enough of good Blender tutorials on SkillShare unfortunately. I mean the ones that would be beginer friendly and game assets modelling at the same time.
I saw this tutorial by Polygon Runway and tried it. I did it for 6 times to get evrything right lol. These two are the best ones. Don't know why but it was challenging. Nonetheless I enjoy learning 3d.
Doing tutorials is one thing but to come up with my own ideas is quite dificult. I guess it doesn't matter if it's simple and naive. It's progress if you do it anyway.
This glowing apple is a tutorial from Yuki's Blender School on YouTube.
