A few D&D characters from a game a few of my friends played a few years back. The Letters are so I can remember what the characters’ class and race is as truthfully I can’t draw well enough to tell the difference. The PDW was my older sisters character. She insisted that her character was a Pretty Dwarf Woman. We made a lot of jokes about how gorgeously her beard was braided. Figured for the drawing I would draw her character looking nice.

This was my random attempted to draw a slime / oil /ink princess. No Idea why I wanted to do this. It has changed a bit from what it originally was cause I drew it with a pencil and only inked it latter when it began to fade. I like it though.

Passage

This is my most recent one and the one I was talking about in my file dump post. I am normally an easy going person who does not like to think of the future. However when I do, I tend to think deep thoughts. The idea behind this one is a bit vague, more of a depiction of how I felt then what I imaged. The idea was a creature entering a new, lush world and looking back longingly at the barren world he leaves behind. It was meant to show the regrets one might feel upon their death. Sadly, both my art skills and my inability to transfer the vividness of my imagination on to paper drastically reduced the feeling that comes out in this drawing when compared to my mental image.

Dust

I did this one after playing Dust: an Elysian Tail. I really enjoyed the game and loved the interactions between the characters, especially fidget (the little flying thing, she calls her self a nimbat). She has so many great quotes but one of my favorite is a conversation between her and the main character, Dust. The conversation is about how Fidget, a flying creature, is afraid of heights. When Dust points out the absurdity of a winged creature fearing a fall and how she flies all the time, Fidget response with "Oh do I? I must've forgotten! Just like you must've forgotten that I can still fall AT ANY TIME!" Truth be told the only reason I drew Fidget looking so snotty was because I had to much difficulty drawing her any other way. It is a shame as she is normally so fun and energetic.

Mutant

I got the idea to draw this after watching an episode of Adventure Time that explained the Ice King and Marceline's history. I was trying to depict how I imagined a irradiated mutant would appear. The idea was that his flesh would be liquefied causing a bit of running. My may notice one of his arms is longer then the other. The idea there was that his bone has started to slid out of his arm and got caught on the end. You may also notice is torso as shifted a bit too. This was colored in by hand with various markers and I actually have this taped to the front of my art book.

World's Truth

First off I want to say I'm sorry for how difficult the top is to see.

Now a bit of history. My parents are very religious Christians and as such I was raised going to church. I always found it interesting that the devil was depicted as an obvious villain and the ruler of hell. I had always felt that he would likely be mucking about on earth trying to trick people into doing wrong. So in this drawing I have the Devil portrayed as an innocent child offering you the world while the christian god turned away from the earth unable to watch as we exercise our freewill. As you may notice the hands of the devil are deformed and old, depicting his cunning and inhuman nature (I associate age with wisdom). In case you were wondering about my religious believes, I believe that there is some form of God but have yet to figure out which religion to believe in. I didn't want to just be a christian because my parents raised my that way.

Dragon

Realized I had kind of lied. This was really the first one I added color to with a computer, however I didn't spend nearly as much time on it as the other one. I have actually been using this as my spray for Garry's mod just because I was proud of how it turned out.

Old Photo Dump

So I was board and had an idea for a drawing. After I had finished it I remembered my account here. Now I have said I was unlikely to post any thing else and likely would not have if not for the fact that I seem to have one follower. I decided that from now on any of my art I feel is good enough will end up here. So I plan on dumping some of my old art. However, just a heads up I am not the best artist and do not draw often so don't expect a lot of updates. Also I have never really posted any art online before this website and as art is more of a hobby, my photos are hand drawn and then I take a picture with my phone. The one I did based on zion's story was the first drawing I had ever colored via computer.

For those who wish to see Zion's response to my request it is here. Again, Zion if you read this I am sorry. I should have considered my wording more carefully. I did not mean to come across demanding or as if I was trying to use you. 

For anyone else let this be a cautionary tale about wording, it really does matter how you say things. I certainly will be more careful from now on as I hope you all are.

(Don't know why I added that last bit, no one will read this and I only added it to distract my while I wait to see if Zion will forgive me. Plus it makes it seem like I am not taking this seriously, when I am probably taking it to seriously. *sigh*)  Once gain Zion I am sorry.

I am sorry Zion

Seems my post upset Zion. I did not mean for it to come across that way, I was not trying to springboard off of her, odds are I would not add anything more as I tend to not do this sort of thing. I just wanted to be a part of her story. I have said my apologies to her and I regret  the misunderstands and can see why my wording could cause her to feel that way. The part where I said And maybe to get my character and art in her amassing story (Let's just keep that part between us, K) was meant as a joke based on how amassing I feel her art was not on how I was trying to hitch a free ride. I hope that she will except my apologizes. And by that I do not mean except my apologies and then use my post I do not care if she uses it or not. I just want to clear the bad blood.

First post is also the first art I did for this site :P. I did this for http://askmisszion.tumblr.com/ trying to help one of her characters out of a funk. And maybe to get my character and art in her amassing story (Let's just keep that part between us, K?) The top picture is just a reference to draw off later, the lower picture is my character collapsing in front of Jacob. Here is to hoping she uses it. For the art I hand drew it then took a picture and colored it with seashore. This was my first time both using seashore and using a computer to color my art so I am kind of proud with how it came out.

Now for a bit about me. Some of you may notice my character has wolf ears. This is because I have goten in the habit of wearing brainwave sensing nekomimi in real life. I replaced the white ears the nekomimi come with for a pair of wolf looking ears. As some of you may guess, I am a bit of a spaz. I tend to do things that are fun even if it is not the most expectable thing for a 19 year old college student to do. If anyone notices any grammar mistakes in this, then that is another thing you should know about me, I have the vocabulary of someone who has been reading college level books since the 5th grade -and I have- but the spelling and grammar skills of said 5th grader. I tend to type out in my speaking voice so expect things like geten, ya (such as, what ya want not to be confused with ya as in yes), na, k, and the like. I am also a big gamer so ya, expect gaming stuff if I ever bother to post more.
