walking with toxic family

yes, i know i am old enough to get over all those stupid insecurities and things than could make you deep in depression and turn your life in a mess, but never we will be old enough to get over from your toxic family, and it is getting worse when your life don’t go in the way than you have expected; financial problems, old parents, etc.. make you always return to all those people than you try left behind over and over. But how is possible than i have survived until 30 without be closed in a hospital or even being alive, bcs we know, toxic parents and family could carry you until suicide. 

Well I have not left well freed of everything, until know i have to suffer with  the manipulation and victimization of these people than always is around bcs i don’t have an own life or bcs i had to return to take care for some of them.....

how survive? 

how encourage yourself enough to recovery your selfesteem?

how avoid these people suck your energy?

how be a good human being even having born from toxic parents?

how to deal with their manipulation?

i’m not a psychologist or lifecoach but i hope with help you to deal with your famlity through my experience and my life
