Yup, 2018 came and left. I felt like I didn't really drew too much this year, well, I had drew a lot but I can't post them here.  Maybe some of you guys know but I draw A LOT of nsfw. Most where from my tumblr account, but since tumblr became a bitch towards the end of the year, most what I drew this year are gone. So...Fuck me. This year felt less personal to me. About 80% (Or more) I drew were commissions, and little pics for myself. I'm not saying the commissions I was order to do were bad. Some orders were really fun and some let me experiment a bit. But what killed my mood for commissions over the months are SOME of the people I dealt with. Either some were too demanding, some were too picky, and some were pushing my buttons. Over all, my feeling towards commissions are...Well...Not positive. I’M STILL OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS, but I’m not gonna be holly-jolly for them anymore. (Sorry, but some of the people I dealt with really piss me off) I looked at my list to-dos from last year and so far I did I decent job with them:  

I’m a straight up prep artist. There are some artists with good intuition, and some good artist with good game plan. (Okay in 2018)

Tracing, 3D models, thumbnails,  copying, looking, taking from other stuff are the best way to learn and study. TO LEARN AND STUDY! (Still doing that in 2018)

I gotta draw more personal stuff. Less on others and more for me. (...)

Feeling a bit retro

Ever since I drew that little Pixel art yesterday I’m in the mood to try out this new art style. I won’t say i’ll be open for Pixel Commissions, but I am gonna play around with it a bit more. If anyone have any tips for pixel art, tell me

Commissions open (better ask now than later)

Even though I don’t advertise as much, but I’m still open for commissions. I tend to get commission orders randomly, but I can’t handle that anymore. To setup for next month, I rather make a list NOW than later. If you were thinking about getting a commission from me, better ask now. Because if you were hoping I could make a art gift  (This happen to me recently) by that day, that won’t happen. I rather be real with you guys, than keeping false promises. I’m SLOW (Sobbing), I’m a prep artist (More sobbing). I wish I was fast, great, etc, but I’m not. And this is why I rarely  advertises myself, but if you like that honesty, here are my commission info

Sketch  Commissions (Starting Price) $10- For OCs Sketch (Starting price) example $15-For Fan arts/OC fan arts (Starting price) (I might charge extra if the character is too complex) example

$10+ for inking (Free single color shading if you want) example

Yes: I do draw nsfw (Talk to me if you want one). I can adjust my style a bit, but when it comes to fan arts I either draw a default style or draw close to model (But that depends if I like that style) No: I will not draw real people. If you want anything extra, such as panels, that will cost extra (Depends). Any last second info/change will cost extra (Depends). Alternative versions will cost extra. I will not work on a pic piece by piece (Such as if you want a sketch first, than maybe ink, than maybe color).

Mini Update (Again)

I’m giving some  you guys little heads up what I been doing. Don’t worry, I’m not charging extra for my commissions, but this will effect my commissions setups. Plus I been getting couple of messages asking about the 3D models I’m using, so I’ll explain that too.

Long waiting list

I been timing myself how long it will take me to work on a simple sketch. My original goal was to complete a rough simple sketch in 15 min to 25 mins, but not matter how hard I try I can never be satisfied with a 15/25 min sketch. I decided to extend my time limit to 30 mins to an hour, and big surprise, the SIMPLE sketch turn alright. Keep this in mind, I’m doing these rough sketches all digitally, and my digital skills are a HUGE mix bag. In one hand, I’m happy to say I can draw straight on digitally if my time, but on the other hand it will take me at best (Depending on the content), 30 mins to an hour or so  to get something close to my standers (and my standers are high).  I’m slowly accepting that I’m slow artist, I’m more focus on quality over quantity, but that doesn’t help me when it comes to commissions.  Thankfully most of the people who order for commissions are not too pushy, but when I get too much commissions, and depends on the content, I feel a bit pressure to finish them quickly, and I’m not good at speeding up works unless they follow the same theme/characters (Lets say I have 3 sonic like commissions. I can get them done fast, but if I have 1 sonic like, 1 cartoon like, and 1 anime like, I need some prep time to get adjust to the right style). What I’m trying to say to anyone who wants a commission from me will be on a waiting list. I will tell you where you are at in that waiting list. You might be in that waiting list for 3 days, or 2 weeks. Again, it depends on the other commissions and my mood to draw (Which is from mornings to 5 pm. And for a rough sketch it’ll take me 30mins to an hour or so).  If You have any questions about this,ask. 

Sharing 3D models.

Every once in a while I will post up my progress how I draw. I’m pretty upfront that I use 3D models for most of my work. Some people are very skill without using too many refs...I’m not those types (lol). I’m a prep artist, so I need as much refs and setups to get things going. The 3d model program I use is Design Doll. Depending on the commissions/projects I get, I will build a body type model and using for my work. 

As you can tell I build few models. If you want to try out some of my models I did upload them on design doll  

Reason I’m putting this out cause, again, I’m very upfront how I work, but also if you are having a tough time with poses/setup, I suggest using this program.

Any word on BB's series?

Not going to keep any promises (Like I could, BTW), but I have thought up few events with BB and the others. I won’t go into detail other than I am changing up her, and the other personalities bit by bit. I felt BB’s personality was a bit too pure, so I working on...Breaking her a bit; throwing some filth on her. I think many people sees BB as a pure, joyful character, and which she is, but I don’t want people to think she can’t make huge mistakes.

How do you feel about winter and snow?

i’m one of those people that loves fall/winter, but my problem is starting my day. The colder the day is, the harder i start my day. Plus, I never seen snow.

Yeah, going back and using one of my old brush pen I used a lot last year. Reason I used it too much cause I can easily cover up my line strokes, its easy to sketch, and I can be messy with it. Reason I stop, though, cause I relied too much of the brush cover up. Right now I’m just using it for sketches, but thats it.
