The only reason I made this gifset was to illustrate how adorable Neal is. Okay, get this:

He retrieved the toy cereal box badge. After a minimum of 5 outfit changes and 2 days (and let’s face it - it was probably more days, but we don’t really know how many days it took for them to put their con into place) he STILL HAD THE TOY BADGE WITH HIM. OMG.

New head canon: Neal carries this badge around with him ALL THE TIME. It’s his good luck charm that he stole from the Burkes. :D
